The stay was very nice. It was a short trip. The only issue is that they charged me for the room on top of paying it through Trip.com. this is the second time this has happened through your site.

Bar and food service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. It wasn’t just bad due to service knowledge but an active disdain for customers and the job. Ignored customers and had to search out our own drinks, refills. Even then we had to ask him multiple times for drinks or refills before he would respond. He just stood there on his phone ignoring everyone. All the customers just kept looking at each other trying to get his attention.

Not safe to stay. My female employee had to check out early due to not feeling safe after the front desk didn't check her in properly 2 days prior, so they claimed housekeeping and security went to check on a "dirty" room to be able to sell only to open the door overnight while she was sleeping, "good thing the deadbolt was latched" and when they were unable to get it, left the door cracked. The front desk manager gave her an attitude about it the next morning and when I called to follow up once alerted was given the same attitude. Do not stay here. Stay far away.

This property is outdated and very dirty. There were multiple yellow stains on the sheets. After I asked for new sheets, they brought another set with yellow stains! The kitchen in the room is useless as the top cabinets are close to the stove and the sink,impossible to use them. There is not any place to get coffee or lunch during the day. Breakfast was ok. Parking was ok but not safe as it was not gated. The rooms are dark and depressing. The carpet is dirty and stinky.

A very badly laid out hotel, a real trek to the elevators and there is no bell service. We had to lug our luggage useing a cart with flat tires. The staff. was clearly overworked and non-responsive. The room rate maybe equal to a good hotel in Westerchester, but this is not a good hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing positive to say, so I’ll run down the worst of it. **** smoke poured into my room all night from the hallway until I stuffed a towel under the door, AC couldn’t cool the room to a comfortable temperature, rattled constantly and condensation from the intake in the ceiling flooded, including personal items, until I placed several waste baskets underneath each stream. Absolutely no hot water, closet was locked with no place to hang clothes, the room phone to address these issues with staff, although plugged in and connected was not operational. I can’t speak to the breakfast quality as I counted down the hours until I could leave and didn’t even see it. Unless you have absolutely no other option, don’t stay here.

Request to have allergens removed from room was not accommodated but was "confirmed" twice - once was 5 days prior to the stay via email. Not sure if this was someone not directly from the hotel perhaps someone who is at **********. and second time was at check-in, the front desk said they did not receive this message and phoned housekeeping at check in to accommodate the request. We waited for a little while, was told the room was taken care of (no down) . A few hours into the night, realized feathers were everywhere when waking up with wheezing chest and throat tightness. Checked underneath the blanket cover to confirm. Studio was Tiny, had a small refrigerator and a microwave. King bed just as paid for, cleanliness was meh. Lighting in room a 6/10. Might stay here again because parking is convenient compared to nearby hotels, but would hope that they get it right next time. Informed front desk at checkout of the issues in hopes that they will improve as well as ascertain where the miscommunication was and their partnership with **********. Would recommend that if you have a feather allergy or a requesting accommodations, call to confirm and then check your room after checking in. they have someone on 24 hours so that you can call if there is an issue discovered in the middle of the night.

The manager and staff were unwilling to accommodate me for a long term stay. They made me think paying 300 a day for as little to a month to as long as 6 months wasn’t an investment they wanted. David was cold, aloof and wasn’t a hands on professional who saw the long term benefits of what my business could bring his property. Checking out the day after tomorrow to a property who saw what he couldn’t. Onwards and upwards.

Very disappointing stay. Start with the insanely loud music in the bar. Follow that up with pool hours of 12-6 - what is that? Never saw that at a hotel ever. Then the room and interior was just run down, dated, and dirty. Breakfast was awful and especially greasy. Add to that someone banging on my door at 1:00 AM the first night. There has to be better than this in that area.
