哈里斯堡赫爾希紅獅飯店(Red Lion Hotel Harrisburg Hershey)

The room was nice but nothing amazing had a view of the roof to the pool the worse thing about the room was the keycard reader didn’t work right and tried 8 different cards and it still took 8-10 tries to get the door to unlock. Staff informed us they are changing all the locks in the building soon

Stay was overall just ok. Upon checkin we waited about 20 minutes. They couldn't find our reservation. Then had problems programming our keys. Got to our room and the door wouldn't open. Room was very large. And was nice as it has two balconies and bathrooms. Bed had weird stains and black spots on it. Towels in the bathroom were dirty and had previous guest hair on them. We had to request new towels. Staff was very friendly and accomadating. Nice indoor warm pool. My kids loved the arcade. We did not eat at the the resturant. Not worth what we paid.

Hotel was empty. Ghost town. Had to wait for help at front desk. Tons of rooms empty and we got a room with a view of parking lot. Huge hotel yet no coffee in the lobby. Restaurant was closed except breakfast which we skipped due to price. The outside pool was beautiful. Highlight of our one night stay. We use to stay here with our kids to go to Hershey under a different name. They haven’t made any improvements. Needs updating. High price for off peak stay.

I only stayed here for one night but this was a great stay and definitely recommend for anybody in the Harrisburg area. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Hotel had a lot of amenities including arcade room, volleyball court, hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool, bar, and on site sit down restaurant. And on top of all that it was also pretty affordable. In terms of bang for your buck o doubt you could find a better hotel in Harrisburg. Check in took all of 2 minutes (if that) check out took all of 30 seconds. If I’m ever in this area again I will definitely return.

Entry, lobby and backyard were nice but the hallways and rooms are tired. This place needs to be renovated and updated in rooms with brighter colors, new bedding and furnishings as well as hallway rugs. Surprised they didn’t offer free breakfast to compensate for condition of hotel.

I really Love This Place its A Great Family rooms are spacious especially they Family Suite with the balcony. Everything is right there nice pool area indoor & outdoor, hot tub, resturant pool, bar area & great breakfast (but @ a cost) Great Family Place!!!

Ants in the bathroom. Missing extra sheets and comforter for pull out bed. Tried to call front desk but it kept going to a voicemail.

Great amenities for kids like pool, ping pong, arcade, etc. Hotel is a bit run down though. Overall it met our needs.

Stay was very good. The room were clean and comfy. the indoor pool was a great temperature.would definitely book again
