Staybridge Suites 哈里斯堡，赫氏(Staybridge Suites Harrisburg Hershey)

Uhaul mechanical emergency an hour away from hotel. No time to call ahead to cancel for unforseen emergency and neither hotel nor ******* will grant a refund or even a credit when we broke down on highway and can not stay in room.....yet they remain free to rebook the space as they have cancelled my stay.

The Hotel was picked for its closeness to the PA Farm Shoe which was in walking distance. The room was great, and I was surprised to find it ready even though we arrived several hours early before check in time. Don't who is responsible for the sidewalks in PA but the sidewalk ended at a narrow bridge which is heavily used by commercial traffic and there was no safe sidewalk to cross the stream. To walk across the bridge, you were walking in the driven lane of the bridge which put you in danger of being hit by a motor vehicle. The property owner should work with the State to put a pedestrian bridge across the stream to eliminate the safety hazard for their guest.

I have stayed at many hotels over the last few years. I must say the staff from check-in to check-out were incredible! I’m literally referring to every single person employed at this hotel, very friendly and pleasant! The hotel is well kept all the way around. Was a very enjoyable experience! Next time I’m in Harrisburg, no question where I’m staying.

Conveniently located right off the main highway. Easy parking, but I wish the electric vehicle parking was located towards the side or rear of the property. It was empty all weekend, taking up several prime parking spots. Lobby, hallways, and our room was extremely clean. The hotel is located close to a train track. Not overly loud but you do periodically hear this throughout the overnight hours. There was also free breakfast in the morning which was a nice surprise. A great stay for the price we paid.

We had a great stay! The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Every employee we encountered was friendly. The short walk to the Farm Show Complex was quick and easy.

The hotel and room was pretty clean. The bed was a bit small, but it was comfortable. We were able to walk right over the the FARM SHOW Complex, but had to walk along the road to cross over the bridge. A walking bridge from the hotel to the Complex would be nice so you don't need to walk along the road.

My co-worker & I traveled to Harrisburg for training for work. This hotel was listed as a place to stay which was close to our training. We arrived the evening of 9/6 around 9pm & were pleasantly greeted & checked-in by Yazmin Mejias. She was extremely friendly; personable & very professional. She explained all we needed to know & when my co-worker inquired if the coffee already made was decaf, she was told no but Yazmin immediately offered to make some for her. We went to our room which was very clean & neat. Once settled, my cowoker returned to the lobby where to her delight, found fresh decaf! Yazmin was helpful with telling us what businesses were near our location where we could find food & groceries. We spent 2 nights here, were delighted by the professionalism of Yazmin & we enjoyed the breakfast each morning. We had to return on 9/11 & were again met by the friendly smiling face of Yazmin. We were happy to know dinner was offered on this day, food was good. Our stay both times was restful & relaxing. We would definitely stay here again. Might I suggest that along with the available coffee in the lobby, there be lemon water as well. Kudos to Yazmin, she's great, truly an asset to the hotel staff.

I booked online in a town and end it up 150 miles away in the opposite direction. Call them and they won't help us out. So far it will cost me 220$ for a room that I won't even use. That's the second time it happens. I'm done with them unless they fix there reservation problem.
