It smelled musty. Staff wasn’t very pleasant

My husband and I stayed here for four nights while visiting family. The pictures online do not give an accurate description of what the rooms or property overall look like. The property is run down and in some places looks quite dirty. The room had walls and bathroom floor that were damaged, and the TV has limited channels and runs on an antenna. The hotel was nearly empty, which kept it quiet. We paid about $110 per night, which is probably much less than other hotels in the area, so if on a budget, this hotel might be OK. But if you want some thing more like your own home, I would stay someplace else.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This room was absolutely FILTHY. There were stains everywhere I couldn't even use the toilet it was so disgusting. Blood stains on the bed. Our flight got in at 1 am and we didn't get to the property until after 2 by the time we got up to the room and realized the conditions we had to tear the blankets and sheets off of the one bed they were so gross we couldn't even use a blanket. I wouldn't even touch one of the beds because of how gross and stained it was. We left first thing in the morning and the woman told my husband we would be refunded, when I looked at my CC statement they charged us $147 for the 5 hours we stayed in the hotel when it had each night listed at $80. The pictures are so misleading. Spend the extra money and stay at the new hotels in the area.

Run don’t walk from this property !! As soon as I opened the door to the room the musty damp moldy smell hit you in the face. The room was dirty. The carpet was dirty and fraying. The very small lobby outside my room was filed with many very loud foreign speaking people. I was afraid to even say anything because I thought they might be the owners. These individuals remained in the lobby till midnight and were so loud we couldn’t hear the tv. The next morning at 5am they were back at it again in the lobby with the noise. When I expressed my concerns to the front desk the lady argued with me saying they were only there till 10:30 when she left with attitude. The other hotels in the area were all sold out so I couldn’t even go stay at another hotel. Trust me on this one don’t EVER stay here.

The woman working the front desk was extremely rude. She checked me in to the hotel after 3 pm. I went up to the room to see that it was not cleaned from the previous guest. When I went back down to the front desk I told her that the room wasn’t clean. She immediately became very rude and defensive. She raised her voice at me told me that I would just have to come back later because they have 2 people trying to clean 50 rooms. I asked if she could put me in another room and she told me that they had no rooms and were completely booked. She did contact the staff and got them to clean the room but acted as if I was inconveniencing her. As I was waiting in the lobby for a half an hour I could hear complaining about me to somebody behind the desk. The property overall is not well maintained. Garbage overfilled at breakfast and counters dirty. My stay at this hotel was extremely stressful and I was treated like a villain for simply wanting a clean room to stay in.

Let’s start with the good; 1. Price was reasonable, 2. Bed was very comfortable, 3. Air conditioner worked well. 4. Wifi worked. The bad 1. The first thing, the woman at the front desk told me was that our door was difficult to open. I didn’t believe her, but yet I needed to call her up to help us open it. The handle to the door is literally disabled. You have to lift the door up and caress it the proper amount, or it will not open. 2. I walked into the room and there was a liquid mark on the floor. I thought maybe it was a stain but I put a small amount of water on a towel and moved it around with my shoe, and it all came off. 3. The microwave was broken. 4. The bathtub spout did not work and was rusted closed (we had to use shower to fill tub). The paint was peeling off the wall in the shower. 5. Carpet trim around the wall was off and sitting on the floor. There was a stain on the bed curtain. 6. I wanted to watch the game on TV and all channels were fuzzy like rabbit ears.

It is a convenient location for my purposes with reasonable prices, and generally very clean with accommodating staff. unfortunately there always seems to be one thing wrong with my room when visiting. Not a deal breaker but the reason why I can't give higher ratings on the survey.

From the minute we walked in, it had an odd oder to it. The lady at the front was very nice though, but once we got to the room(s) is where it all went downhill. In the first room (216), there was stuff splattered on the walls, no pressure in the shower head, drain backed up to my ankles, heater didnt work and a tack ***** was exposed where the carpet met the tile and I stepped on it. After I told the lady about it all, she moved us to what she called a "suite", (209) and it wasn't wasnt any better. Had stains on the wall, carpet ripped up, lights hanging off the wall, door handle wouldn't work. I was able to jimmy my way in with my room key. I took pictures of all of it. Wish i could post them. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Our room had trash in the bins when we first got there. The ourlet next to the sink was hanging out of the wall. Our friends in the next room had bed bugs and got bitten/ended up having to go to Urgent Care. Staff upon check in was extremely rude, and no one even there when we tried to check out, I had to do it by phone.
