As a frequent traveler this is probably one of the best hotel experiences I had. Excellent and professional management and staff, extremely neat and clean, the food is extraordinarily delicious (hats off to Chop Chop restaurant)! A conviniently placed, unique and charming boutique hotel. The ambiance is refreshing and esthetically appealing . A pleasant surprise. The attention to detail and cleanliness, adds to the overall serenity and comfort of the room. Enjoyed my breakfast, though the variety of a buffet or wider selection/availability of what is on offer, would be gratifying. Had a positive customer experience from arrivival and through out my stay.

Fantastic boutique hotel in Harare. Stayed several nights during our stay. Kind and helpful staff made our stay at 258 very enjoyable. Modern rooms with all the amenities. Next to Chop Chop restaurant which is very convenient. Will be back again on our next trip to Harare.

Just fabulous - nothing is too much trouble, rooms wonderful, food wonderful, great location, staff amazing. Stay there, just stay there, never leave- nothing bad can happen when you are there :-) I stay with my daughter, staff always great to her Room service fab, breakfast wonderful, ive run out of wonderfuls Just an amazing place

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm, welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and beautifully maintained grounds. My room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, offering all the modern comforts while still feeling like a true escape.

Was booked from the 12-15th of September. The ambience is so sophisticated and the rooms quite spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly I would like to mention Chantel who made the check in process so seamless and fast. During my stay I managed to meet the managers Similo and Ashley who were always on top of the situation and assisting when needed. The cleaners who attended my room were Joy the first night and Grace the next night. The food from chop chop was so fresh and tasty and I would like to mention their omelette which was quite filling. The cookies and chocolate in the room were much appreciated. The mini bar was quite a necessity in the middle of night when one is thirsty. I highly recommend anyone visiting Harare to consider 258 hotel.

Room: The room was comfortable, spacious, and well-furnished, providing a pleasant environment for rest. Cleanliness: Everything was clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping kept the room tidy throughout my stay. Noise Level: The hotel was mostly quiet, but on one of the days there was some noise due to a live band performance. It didn’t last too long, but it was noticeable. Value: Overall, good value for money. The service and facilities met expectations, and I would consider staying again.

New Boutiqe hotel. Location is in the center making this hotel perfect for business trip. Internet is very good was able to do conference calls for work. Room is beautiful design ,bed is amazing comfortable. The staff were amazing ready to help and advise any time of the day. Staying there fir 2 weeks felt like my second home.
