As a IHG member I’ve stayed at many IHG brands over the years and have been a satisfied customer-until I arrived at this hotel, As I walked into the lobby and looked around it didn’t have the warm feel like most of the Holiday Inn Express hotels do. The lady who checked me in said she unfortunately didn’t have the room I reserved on—line well in advance available and appeared to be surprised herself as she looked at her screen. Not exactly what you want to hear after traveling for 10 hours Although she did offer me another room type I requested to see it to make sure it was to my liking and she denied me that request even though my credit card and ID and being a IHG member just really didn’t matter. Next she tells I would need to pay for my entire 2 day stop upfront and my card would be charged in total immediately which is not a typical practice in the hotel business as hotels authorize the funds from your card upon check in and then settle on checkout. That’s simply wrong. I was told that’s the way their system works which is absolutely unheard especially for a chain like IHG. The entire feel of this check in was if I was checking into a mom and pop motel and they were concerned I would steal the towels. This hotel property did not meet the IHG standards in my opinion. After this experience I decided to not stay at this hotel and I was leaving the GM Oliver called me from a remote location and seemed to get defensive with me as I explained my displeasure with my awful experience. After that conversation It became apparent to me this this hotel property is very mis-managed and I recommend other travelers to consider staying somewhere else until they get their act together.

正在裝修,不過幾乎沒有氣味,因為就在機場旁邊,開始安排的房間非常吵。後來經交涉換了一間好多了。酒店巴士不是按固定時間,提前預約就行。

我們在La Quinta酒店住了兩個晚上,因爲我們正在三角洲飛行博物館參加一個活動。酒店靠近機場,但我們沒有受到飛機噪音的干擾。房間很乾淨,牀很舒服。工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。wifi工作很好,機場有班車。我們發現的一件事是,有一個南部和北部的酒店,所以我們在機場上錯誤的機場班車,這顯然是常見的錯誤,所以問班車司機他們要去哪家酒店是個好主意。去酒店的班車實際上在車側有“La Quinta North”,但我們直到我們最終到達錯誤的酒店才知道這一點。有一個不錯的早餐可以在工作日提供6-9am,週末可以提供7-10。

經過長途飛行,我們午夜時分到達亞特蘭大機場。我和家人太累了,無法開車前往下一個目的地。我有幾個IHG積分,決定在這家酒店使用它們。我假設酒店會因爲位置而變得一般。我之所以能和一般般相處是因爲我太累了。我們到的時候前台的Keisha提供專業、樂觀、親切的服務。房間乾淨,牀也很舒服。退房時,我在前台與迪伊進行了一次精彩的相遇。再次收到卓越的客戶服務。我一定會將這家酒店添加到住宿地點列表中。

趕路住一晚,希爾頓的標配,很好,房間也比較大,停車位緊張,入住時扣了60美金押金,理論上退房后3天返還,不知是不是繁忙假期期間,到現在有快10天了還沒有退還,需要後期跟蹤費用!
