Very clean and the room is big enough. Especially breakfast is very good.

I liked all the amenities. Your staff worked very hard to please us because you were obviously short. The bar tender was very friendly and went out of his way to answer our questions and give us his best service. Breakfast was rather hectic and it was difficult even getting the flatware needed to eat. You have a beautiful hotel and were happy you were open in spite of few staff who were able to make things run. Hire more!

Guest doors slam or close rather loudly which can make you jump, heard that on and off all night. Also, some rather loud, drunk guests yelling or talking throughout the halls too, but that ended earlier in the night thankfully. Surprised though overall, how loud the outside was while inside my room, not great. Staff was fine, room was fine, drunk 50 something's roaming around yelling however is not my vibe

Hotel was great, but a little noisy---other guest being too loud to sleep. We did not complain to hotel staff; didn't want cause any trouble for anyone. After all, it was the holiday season. Would definitely stay here again. I usually stay at Hilton hotels in US and UK, where I travel often.

Lovely, clean & convenient property but the beds were very hard & very uncomfortable. Won't return based on that solely. Also no one was at the reception desk. We rang the bell as directed 3 times and had to go ask the bartender for help finding someone so we could check-in. All in all waited 15 minutes and the young man returned saying wencaught him on his bathroom break. Gross.

We don't usually stay at HGI's, preferring Homewood Suites instead. But this one was LOVELY! The team there is amazing - they all go the extra mile. Jessica, especially, went out of her way to ensure that we could stay in our room when we decided to stay another day because we were having such a good time in the area. Our only caveat is that the rooms are really dark - they are beautifully designed, but we struggled a bit with how dark they were for working. But other than that, we'd highly recommend this hotel!

The person who assisted me at check-in on Thursday, October 28, 2023 around 5:30 pm made me feel very uncomfortable and treated me rudely. He neither greeted me nor smiled at me. I had to wait for him to finish doing something for several minutes until he rudely asked me to give him my ID and credit card. When I gave him the credit card he rudely tells me that it’s expired. I replied: read carefully because you are looking at the start date not the expiration date. He realizes his mistake and doesn't apologize but starts looking at my license as if it were something suspicious. At that moment I ask him if he has any problem with my license and I took out my passport and he answers me again in a rude way that he doesn’t need the passport. Then he gives me the key to the room with the room number and only tells me where the elevator is. The air conditioning of the room had a strong noise. The door did not close properly and banged every time someone in the hallway opened or closed a door. The shower had dirt and mold on the floor and in the corners. There were cobwebs in the corners and a lot of dust at the head of the bed. I will not return to this hotel.

Free water only for hilton members. $2 for non members. Double standards. Could not connect to wifi. Had to call helpline which was a waste of one hour. It was such a hassle to use Hilton wifi. Never had a problem connecting my devices to other hotels.
