The staff are excellent in their costumer service. They always check us on esp. To Jessica and the 3 others ( forget their names) help us book our halong bay and Ninh bình tour hassle free. Perfect location near to the Lake and St Joseph Cathedral and other tourist spots, a lot of coffee shops nearby and local street foods overall it was a pleasant stay. For sure I will be back again.

올드쿼터에 가까워서 마사지부터 맛집이랑 매우가깝습니다.
근데 처음에 예약했던 트윈룸을 주지않아서 기분나빴는데 직원들도 미안하다고 해서 풀렸습니다.. 그리고방을 바꿔주는줄알고 외출했다가 들어왔는데 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ방을 안바꿔주고 침대를 트윈으로 바꾸는것 보고 기가막힌....ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ침대를 바꿀생각을 하다닠ㅋㅋㅋ 다시 올꺼냐꾸 묻는다묜 대돱해쥬는게 인쥐상점 한국의 평하를 위해 믜래룰위해 안감. 예약한 뇌 손과락을 쫠라야지

I had a terrible experience at this hotel due to misleading photos and descriptions on Tripadvisor and Booking. I arrived on 20th February for a 3-night stay, only to discover that my double room on the second floor had no windows - no fresh air, no daylight - an absolute nightmare! This crucial detail was conveniently omitted from the room description. When I raised my concerns, the staff offered to cancel my reservation for the remaining 2 nights and refund me, which I gladly accepted. I quickly found a much better place just across the street. I suspect they wanted to cancel my Booking reservation to protect their artificially high rating. As for breakfast, it was just as disappointing. I was given a choice between eggs or pancakes - both were not allowed. I chose pancakes, and to my shock, they served a single pancake. I’ve never seen anything like it! Please don’t be fooled by their Google, Booking or Tripadvisor rating. This place is smelly, miserable, and could easily ruin your trip. Avoid at all costs!

Safe, affordable, friendly staff, average rooms
Stayed for one night as a layover on our way to Sa Pa. I’m sure most hotels in the area are exactly the same, it was clean and tidy but the bed was so rock hard we could barely sleep. Also asked for two extra pillows and were only given one that was very lumpy. The shower was also difficult to maintain the temperature and not ideal. However the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, they offer to store your luggage there while you head off on other trips to Ha Long, Sapa, etc, they made us breakfast to take on our early morning bus and it felt very safe there. Despite being within the main area of Old Town it was quiet in the room. For the price we paid it did the job but given the bed and shower, I am glad we didn’t stay longer.

Had the strangest awkward experience - On the day of check out, the reception staff offered to pack breakfast, as we were leaving early to the airport. In the morning, when we saw the packed breakfast, there was very little in it. The breakfast area is right next to the reception. So, we went there and picked up some fruits. the chef inside bad mouthed in vietnamese and the junior immature reception person came and stopped me from taking fruits for breakfast, saying they had packed something for us to go and that's it. I had payed for the damn place and the breakfast !!! And was literally stopped from availing the service for which I had paid for. Quite a Shameful way to treat paying customers that chose to stay at the hotel. This is a below average break fast, in which fresh fruits were the only savior to begin with. This is a boutique hotel with 10 rooms and looks like they are trying to save money through different means, including employing uncouth staff, that probably come cheap. Another day, had another strange experience at breakfast. Breakfast closing time is 9:30 but they stopped refilling things around 9 am itself and were told that closing time is nearing !!

We were not able to stay in this Hotel when we check in at 11pm. as our room wasn't ready. Apparently, the bathroom was not working. However, the front desk staff was great and vey helpful to organise another hotel/room, without extra cost. The only downfall was that our original booking had the breakfast included. In which we were not able to have it in the new hotel.

Da viaggiatrice esperta e molto esigente, posso solo che raccomandare questo hotel per diversi motivi: - molto bello esteticamente, curato ed attento nei dettagli - location perfetta, centrale a tutto - personale cordiale, gentile e disponibilissimo a qualsiasi tipo di consiglio o problema: io avevo un problema con l’aria condizionata e la chiave della porta ed immediatamente mi hanno cambiata la camera in upgrade gratuito - la colazione ha un orario ampio (6,45-9,30) e buonissima - cambio lenzuola quotidiani anche se non sporchi - 4 bottiglie di acqua al giorno - accessori doccia mini size ogni giorno Prezzo super competitivo rispetto agli standard. Super approvato!!!
