Super Hotel und Super Staff. Es überzeugt mit seiner guten Lage und den sehr hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Damen an der Rezeption. Sie helfen beim Planen div. Ausflüge und geben auch sehr gute Tipps. Das Frühstück ist auch gut und auch ausreichend Auswahl vorhanden. (Spezialitäten ändern sich jeden Tag) Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden täglich gereinigt.

I wish I had read the negative reviews before i stayed at this vile hotel. It was FILTHY and smelt terrible. I got stuck in the elevator four times, there was no AC anywhere and it was over 104F most days. The bathroom towels were stained and threadbare, there was cigarette ash on the floor and even a cigarette butt in the corner of the room. NOT CLEANED properly and the staff were incredibly rude. They over-charged me twice as well, so please BEWARE and STAY AWAY from this "hotel". Even the name is a lie, there is no "spa". NO STARS. Please read all the negative reviews FIRST and dont trust all the supposed positive reviews.
