挺不錯的酒店🏨 下車酒店服務員幫忙把行李送進房間 設施：挺齊全畢竟五星級，早餐很豐富 衞生：有一點點味道，感覺房間有些年頭了 環境：周邊很方便附近有個烤肉米線50k 服務：很贊，會英文，退房也幫忙延遲到了下午兩點

老牌五星級酒店，説實話設施有點舊了，熱水調節不太靈敏，浴缸也比較小，走廊裏也有一點點黴味。早餐中規中矩吧，位置沒的説，打車和走路去附近景點都算方便。性價比整體不算高

這個星期帶着客人去出差，去參觀工廠。帶客人住在這邊5晚，都很滿意，環境好，乾淨整潔衞生。下次還會來住的？

樓下附近有餐廳和便利店，生活根方便，早餐也不錯，離西湖很近，走路大概十分鐘就能到，房間很整潔，能直接看到西湖

酒店就在河內西湖岸邊，剛好就在那個能穿到湖對面的道路入口處，酒店的電梯可以完整地看到河內西湖，景色還是很不錯的，房間衞生設施這些都很棒，有帶景觀的房間，可以看到西湖，視線很棒，有什麼想了解的訊息就去問酒店的工作人員就好了，態度熱情，去河內老城區打車2公里多點很方便，衹要不下雨也可以慢慢地citywalk過去其實也很快的，斜對面那家KAN的牛油果椰子很好喝

酒店就在西湖邊上，電梯裏的夜景很不錯，房間視野開闊，房間偏小，衹有浴缸，如果要淋浴，衹能站在浴缸裏，但是酒店早餐很豐盛，西方人入住比較多。

酒店前後對面很多小店，出行方便，環境不錯的，基本上打車到任何地方都很近，樓下保安也很盡責，行政樓層也很有禮貌

非常貼心的酒店，環境優美，房間還給免費升級了，位置很好，到古蹟很近，服務態度極好，昨天生日，夜裡還送了生日[蛋糕]

酒店位置很好，西湖邊上，在大床房高層區域可以俯瞰整個河內市，風景無敵，晚上可以走路5分鐘到西湖邊上，邊上有很多喝茶喝咖啡的路邊小店。他們坐在路邊喝邊聊天。

位置絕佳，出門就是西湖。早餐也很美味豐富。服務也很好。就是床太熱了……

房間設備老舊，空間太小太小，特意訂的湖景，但是湖景卻被前面的房子擋住了，房間內充電也不方便，這麼貴，環境條件都不行。不會再來第二次

老酒店味道不好聞，設施比較老舊，早餐比較豐盛，服務很不錯，大廳環境不錯，但標間環境很一般
