很好看的樣子，衞生乾淨設備完好，服務員態度很好，啦咯啦咯啦咯啦咯啦啦咯啦咯啦咯啦咯啦啦咯啦咯啦咯十二樓有自助餐

整體還算可以，離幾個旅遊景點也近。

訂的好房 前台給差房 廁所裏還有屎 臟亂差

This hotel is a great place to stay, highly recommend it! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the receptionists to the breakfast staff. They always were kind, passionate and went the extra mile to make sure a great experience. The room on the 9th floor had a nice view and rooms seems recently renovated. It’s clean and comfortable (However, presumably the noise isolation may not be that good, if close to the restaurant floor due to the movement of chairs). The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of warm options, including traditional Vietnamese Pho, breads, fruits, and salad. The location of the hotel is convenient. It’s not in the old quarter, but it’s still within walking distance of many attractions. You can walk to Old Qaurter/Hoan Kiem Lake in about 20 minutes, where you’ll find a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants (and night markets on Friday, Saturday, Sunday). The prices in the area close to hotel are also lower than in the old quarter that sometimes is tourist-focused; such as Che Xoan Quan. Likewise West Lake (Ho Truc Bach), is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel which can be good for a stroll or a relaxing day of cafes, such as Oleoleo cat cafe.

我們（我和我的朋友）在那家酒店住了兩天。早上我們出去遊覽下龍灣。當我們回來時，我的房間沒有打掃，也沒有毛巾和其他東西被更換。當我們詢問接待處時，他們說我們在門外貼了「請勿打擾」的標籤。首先，這些標籤沒有提供給我們，那麼我們如何將其保留在外面。為了解決我們要求清潔的問題，他們聲稱清潔工已經離開，只提供了肥皂、毛巾等。 早餐也不太好，菜單也很有限。 但從位置上看，這家酒店位置很好。所有地方（夜市、啤酒街）都在步行距離內。

酒店位置非常好。靠近許多不錯的餐廳，距離旅遊景點也很近。早餐種類不是太多，但足以開始新的一天。然而，工作人員的專業水平並沒有達到預期，似乎他們可以從額外的培訓中受益匪淺，以更好地處理客人的要求。一個很大的挫折，這是一個遺憾。

Het was een fijn verblijf, personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Met name Matt, heeft ons zeer fijn geholpen met het uitzoeken om dingen te doen. Het hotel is goed gesitueerd,10 minuten lopen en je bent in de french quarter,daarom ligt het iets rustiger qua verkeer.

Was so nice,minasi premium hotel was the best Especially Joyce, Lavie and Matt. Wonderful, so happy with the staff, very nice , very professional, the best, thank you for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend to stay here when everyone come to Vietnam.

Het was een fijn hotel! We kwamen hier als eerste aan na de vlucht naar Hanoi. We hebben onze koffers hier gelaten en naar een paar dagen zijn we weer gekomen. Vriendelijke mensen, Joyce bij de receptie was een goede hulp. Centraal gelegen in de stad Hanoi.

Het was een zeer prettig verblijf, fijn personeel met name Matt heeft ons prettig geholpen om met een tour mee te gaan. Super verblijf in het centrum van Hanoi! Kamers waren ruim en schoon, fijne bedden en uitgebreid ontbijt. Vanuit het Hotel alles goed bereikbaar

Posizione buona, con 1€ di taxi si può andare ovunque, ottima pulizia, molto cordiali e colazione fantastica. Ogni richiesta viene accetata con cordialità. Di sicuro un hotel consigliatissimo dove soggiornare ad Hanoi. Le camere sono spaziose e molto accoglienti
