Wildwood Cabin is only a 10 minute drive from downtown Cashiers. The open living area with oak floors, pine walls and ceiling has lots of windows to bring the mountains inside. The large covered screen porch has plastic roll down windows and a fireplace for cooler days. This 3 level home comfortably sleeps 14, with 2 King Suites, 1 bedroom with two queen beds, Queen sofa sleeper in upstairs sitting room, and built in bunk beds in the lower level rec room. Trillium Lake and Links Amenity Privileges may be purchased at a rate of $75 per day or $350 per week for your entire group. Amenities include: Award winning 18-hole golf course, fitness center, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, swimming pool and world class dining. We complete a houseguest form for you, then you are registered houseguest. Fish Camp at Waterdance is a unique property located on the river in Cullowhee North Carolina. The ultimate nature experience and a bonus if fly fishing for trout is your favorite pastime....you'll have the river all to yourself! Disclaimer - we cannot, for obvious reasons, guarantee that you'll catch any trout. You are more than welcome to bring your furry friend upon approval and there is a $150.00 non refundable pet fee per pet (maximum 2 pets). NOTE - Recent improvements: The cabin has heat and air-conditioning. There is a new mattress in the master bedroom and the cabin now has high speed, reliable internet via Starlink. There is a full size washer and dryer. This 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath log cabin has a rustic feel yet is extremely well appointed and meticulously presented - It is still an authentic log cabin and is not airtight, which may result in a visit from a field mouse and such. We do have pest control however that is not 100% a preventative. The main floor includes the living room which has a large wood burning fireplace as well as satellite TV and a DVD player with an extensive DVD library for your enjoyment. We have some board games for rainy days. There is a covered porch off the living room that overlooks the river.The dining area has a lovely wooden table that seats 6 and is located off the living room and just outside the kitchen. The kitchen has a gas stove and is well equipped for your stay - you will find all the pots and pans, Tupperware, cutlery and crockery that you will need.The master bedroom is located off the living room and dining area - there is a gas fireplace in the master bedroom - there is a small porch off the master bedroom that overlooks the river (20 feet away!). The master bathroom has a walk in shower as well as a tub with a river view.The upper level is home to the 2nd bedroom which has 4 twin beds (beds stack up on each other) and the bathroom has a large tub.OUTDOORS: There is a firepit for your enjoyment. There is a covered pavilion on the waters edge that has a large wood burning fireplace, built in grill and picnic tables that you are able to use.FISHING: Guests at Fish Camp at Waterdance are allowed to fish upriver as far as they would like and are welcome to fish downriver ONLY AS FAR AS the pavilion. Our 1937 Cabin located near Lake Glenville has been completely renovated top to bottom with no cost spared in furnishings. Everything new!!! Very private on 50 acre estate and the only rental on our property with great access to Lake Glenville, Cashiers and Highlands. Level entry, no steps!!! Gorgeous 1 Bedroom with a new queen bed, luxury linens, Lexington nightstand, small antique round side table, bench, small custom closet and Regina Andrew lighting, 1 Bath with Ronbow vanity, slate tiles on floor, tiled shower with glass door and a fully stocked kitchen. It is 1/2 mile uphill the whole way and there is 300 feet that would be considered a strenuous hike with the most gorgeous views! Elevation 4300! We have planted 4000 rhododendrons, mostly purple on the property and they are planted all the way to the top!We are located near the northwest side of Lake Glenville, 2.8 miles from public Lake Glenville boat ramps, 3 miles to Pines Recreation Area with beach and picnic area overlooking Lake Glenville, 8.3 miles to Cashiers and 14 miles to Highlands.
