Room was alright. Tidy and all necessary toiletries. Breakfast was decent as well.

Dion was fantastic at arrival! He made us feel right at home despite being very busy. The hotel itself seemed to have a lot of people roaming and running around downstairs. The coffee and tea station needs some attention, they were often out of items (milk/tea/hot chocolate) Room was excellent. We really enjoyed our time :)

We stayed at the hotel on weekend and really enjoyed it.The breakfast was decent and delicious.Our daughter especially enjoyed waffles that we could make by ourselves.I think we return again just for that one day 👏Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the view from the room.We stayed on 14th floor.The hotel needs some touch up but everything was clean and well organized. I am sending “Bravo” to the staff who worked November 25-27/2023.Everyone was friendly and very helpful. In addition it’s 5 minutes walk to water front so we did not need a car.

The staff were very pleasant and cordial. We were on the 15th floor, so it was pretty quiet. The location was good for being able to access most of what we wanted to see in Downtown Halifax and the waterfront. Breakfast was adequate, but all egg dishes were rubbery.

found blood on bed sheets.. staff made it hard to “hold” my booking while i was right there in person with money to pay full upfront right then and there this was apparently because they were fully booked but i was not made aware before making the 2 hour commute which i had booked for 3 months. not super happy

Nice downtown location. Only complaint was that we could tell that staff were trying to cut costs anywhere they could. Check in clerk was pushing us to not have room service each night. Breakfast buffet staff were closing up 5 minutes early on a very busy Sunday morning when clearly more guests were still trying to get their food.
