Great services and great hospitality serve by the hotel excellent staff in front desk overall 10/10 I would like too inform to all viewer visit once

Really loved this hotel. Very clean, and hygienic room and special thanks Mr.Lokesh and housekeeping staff over all good experience…the place is nice i will suggest if you are going to haldwani than stay there you will enjoy seriously……..

This hotel is very good but the behavior of the reception staff of the hotel is very bad. I was deliberately told that the hotel rent per night. And the parking management of this hotel is very useless. There is a pile of garbage near the parking, due to which one has to face a lot of foul smell while coming and going from the parking.

Room windows creating noise due to outside wind. Also, there were a lot of running vehicles and horn noise coming from the outside side. Which was unpleasant, we were not able to sleep at night.

Hotel is at best location easy to reach. Served food is good as well as service. Parking facility is available and safe. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Room was in very bad shape many places their was seepage and also door lock was also working properly no room service no were there in room also for 2 person stay only 1 water bottle provided by them.

Location is good hotel is clean staff is very polite and courteous service is slow food is tasteless however considering very less choices is haldwani this is kind of ok

The hotel wasn't equipped with adequate heating. The geyser was broken and the room too cold without proper arrangement like extra quilts, blankets, etc.
