箱根設有健身房的飯店

酒店Indigo是由一位同事推薦給我們的。她非常喜歡她的住宿,所以我們決定爲我們的週年紀念日而訪問。我們喜歡這家酒店從入住到退房的所有東西,一切都很棒。酒店工作人員總是讓我們感到受歡迎,每當我們外出或在酒店四處走動時,都會打招呼(大多數時候都是用名字打招呼)。漢娜登記了我們。她很好,爲我們提供了有關該地區的信息。我們入住的時候,我們含了早餐,餐廳經理小二三很棒,雖然不是挑剔的食客,但確實喜歡用某種方式煮的雞蛋...哈哈。。第一天早餐的時候,雞蛋沒有按照我喜歡的烹調。小次山吃過我的盤子,發現我吃雞蛋,他立刻來到我們的桌子前,問起雞蛋的情況,我告訴他,雞蛋太軟了,我吃不了。他道歉,問我是否吃飽了,說第二天早上再試一次。我覺得這是一個很親切的姿態。接下來的4天,我的雞蛋煮得跟我喜歡的一樣。我們在酒店餐廳吃了晚飯。有點貴,但廚師很好。魚和蘆是我最喜歡的。我們的結婚紀念日是22號,我們接到前台電話問他們能否給我們帶一份結婚紀念日的禮物。他們給我們帶來了各式各樣的甜食,我們喝了一杯茶就喜歡了。非常甜。我們的房間寬敞,乾淨,溫度完美。電視是我見過的日本酒店最大的。我們的房間在河邊,有私人室外溫泉。在溫泉放鬆的同時,你能夠聽到河水平靜的聲音。花園區也有泡腳的地方,外面有點冷,所以這次入住沒能好好享受。酒店打掃的很乾淨,採取了安全措施。所有員工都戴着口罩,早餐時,我們被提供手套,從自助餐中取出歐式食物。所有桌子在派對結束後立即被擦乾淨,而且與社會距離很遠。酒店距離幾乎一切很近。在我們5天的住宿期間,我們參觀了露天博物館、威尼斯玻璃花園、戈拉公園和和平紅門。我們一定會回來的,期待我們下次在春天的入住。

This hotel is a historic property set in an iconic setting. We stayed in the Forest Section which features large, comfortable rooms that were a little dark, the bathroom lighting could be improved. Here is my issue. We arrived around 1:15 and we’re told that we could check in at 3:00. We had lunch in their cafe ( 50$) and asked again about an hour later if we could have early access. The very polite desk clerk replied “ Yes, for $70 dollars “. Astounded , I countered that we were departing early 2 days later, and he reduced the amount to $35. Now here is where communication becomes an issue: I continued the “are you kidding me?” and he kept bowing. I thought the issue was settled. That night and the next we ate at their lovely restaurants, French and the Cascade. Food and service was superb. With wine we spent about $900. Check out was early, and my husband didn’t really examine the bill. When we were back in our free early access room in Tokyo I noticed the $35 charge. I contacted the hotel’s customer service and they confirmed the charge. So, what about customer hospitality? I have NEVER been charged an early access fee for an hour. They have been times when we patiently waited for a room to be readied, and never demanded a rebate. It is all part of the guest/host agreement, I think this is probably a corporate decision by the Fujiya Group. Rethink your mission, guys, make guests feel wanted!

My daughter and I stayed one night in the Mitsu room. We loved every minute of our stay. We arrived after 5 days in Tokyo so this peaceful place was just the thing to unwind. We arrived at 3 after taking the Tozan railway up and walked to the hotel from the station. We were intending to go to the Hakone Open Air museum right after check in but were lulled into relaxing instead. Our room attendant Tamoe (?) helped us get settled and made arrangements for time in the private family bath, breakfast and dinner. After the private bath time at 8 we moved to the public bath at 9. There were some ladies there who were leaving so we got private time in the public bath, so nice. Dinner was delicious and so was breakfast. We opted for one Japanese style and one Western style. After breakfast our room attendant checked on our journey down the mountain and on to Kyoto. A guy drove us to the station in the Mercedes (even though it’s a short walk). We would stay here again if we are in the area

1.位置算是箱根最裡面了,且近期登山電車停駛,冬季四點十五分以後前往桃源台的纜車也停駛,基本上只能直接從箱根湯本直接搭乘TAXI前往,車費約6200日圓 2.酒店本身的接待跟服務讓人印象深刻,甚至有專門服務台灣跟中國客人的女將,房間跟酒店環境都讓人印象深刻,古風中帶有濃厚的藝術風格,很讓人驚艷 3.請服務員介紹了酒店,得知這個酒店集團的前身是以法式餐飲為主,近幾年才涉入酒店經營,但酒店的條件確實讓人印象深刻,極為值得推薦 4.不知道是否是因為晚上跟早晨的關係,晚上沒景觀.早晨也因為大霧沒能看到期望中的富士山景色,不如直接在房間泡湯. 5.超級強烈推薦的,則是這個酒店的用餐,無論晚餐還是早餐皆讓人印象深刻,同一周我才在東京六本木用過米其林一星的法料,但跟女友都覺得此餐廳的料理完勝東京一星水平,價格也十分讓人滿意,真不虧是以法料起家的餐廳,(台灣.中國.英國.美國.法國.日本.越南都曾經走訪不少法國餐廳),但此家酒店的餐飲水平絕對值得大讚跟期待,如再有前往箱根,我一定還會留一晚入住此酒店

坐bus一定要到天悠，雖然小湧園下來步行600米，但那個坡真的陡。酒店有來回強羅的bus，最早9:23，返回最晚一班16:45，下車穿過地道就是強羅站 房間很大，但是棚頂有掛絲的毛毛蟲，還看到類似蜜蜂的蟲子，浴場看到很大一衹蜘蛛，在山裡蟲子多無法避免，但清潔工作還是要注意。前台教了浴室燒熱水的方法，但是沒成功，去浴場泡温泉，房間的熱水就無所謂了。東西樓都有浴場，使用時間不一樣，每次去都沒人，包場的感覺不錯。

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very attentive. The rooms were very comfortable and had a beautiful view of the garden. As there aren’t many places to eat within a short walk it was wonderful to have the hotel’s restaurant and bar. It is very well priced and very convenient. Their free shuttle bus to Gora station each morning is very convenient to head up to see the views of Mt Fuji. The staff were always willing to help! The short walk from the bus stop to the hotel isn’t bad at all.
