Very bad policy, I booked a room named Family Apartment of 2 adult package I checked in with my kid aged 5 and they charge extra as over 25% of the total room charge. The pricing doesn’t make sense at all. Staff doesn’t say anything upon check in only charging me extra after check out!! I could have changed my hotel if I know upon check in! Plus room keeping only replace the towel without tidying up the room at all

這裡的地點還不錯，離地鐵站近一點就好了，房間內也有洗衣機（洗、脫、烘）非常讚，還有IH爐，很適合在晚上時到附近的超市買回來煮當宵夜。 服務人員非常親切，明年來京都玩，我還是會來住這間👍

Excellent. My kids were so happy to be in the Pokémon room. The hotel is excellent. Great location and the service is perfect. The host at the front desk was very helpful. Trip.com is the best. Makes my travels much easier!

服務很貼心說明仔細，交通很便利

這次住到6人房的房間很大，有四張單人床剛好適合我們一家四口，房間內還有洗脫烘一體機，每天出遊回來的髒衣服也都可以順手清洗乾淨。不用帶著髒衣服在行李箱內，廚房記得借個小烤箱，每天早餐再房間內烤個麵包配上咖啡與當地特產抹茶也是美滋滋的。
