ハイフォンへの出張で、日本人向けのサービスで有名な東屋さんに
おせわになりました。
フロントのスタッフさんの対応が気持ちよく、日本語も本当に
上手でした！
シム交換用のピンを忘れてしまったことを伝えると、快く対応して
いただけました。
お部屋は少し手狭でしたか、日本人には丁度いいサイズだと思いますし、
何より日本のテレビがみれて、リラックスできました！
朝ごはんは和食が食べられますし、宿泊者は洗濯、乾燥機が使えます！
これがかなり重宝しました。ありがたい！！
次回も要務があったら、また利用させていただきます

Trước giờ tim khách sạn ưng ý rất khó . Nhưng từ bây giờ có lẽ đây là khách sạn Gia Đình mình sẽ dừng chân mỗi khi đến hải phòng hoặc mình về nước thường xuyên sẽ ghé đây . Khách sạn quá sạch . Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình . Đến cô lao công và bác bảo vệ còn nhiệt tình mà kkkk . Tầng 1 thì n*** cạnh là quán ăn cơm bình dân mà rất ngon và rất rẻ . Đồ ăn các quán thì n*** đó đi bộ mấy bước là rất nhiều . Thuận tiện gần sân bay lắm . Đi taxi ra sân bay có hơn 40k vnđ thôi . Nói chung là . 100 điểm cho khách sạn ạ . Giá cả lại cực kỳ rẻ nhưng chất lượng thì 5 sao lun ấy 😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😇😇😇😇

酒店就在路邊，位置還算方便，房間不大，但還算乾淨衞生，唯一不合理的是衞生間沒有設計乾濕分離，淋浴間沒有設計門或布簾，每次洗澡都會水花四濺弄得整個衞生間地板濕漉漉，很危險也很不方便，而且很多房間的花灑都是有問題的，不好用，給酒店提過意見但下次來住花灑還是那個花灑😄😄

也許是因為是新建的飯店，所以很舒服。
而且好親切啊~~
首先，請升級房間。
然而，令人失望的是Grab的上車地點很混亂。
越南人來錯地方了哈哈..
而且工作人員的英文有點弱~^^;;;;
甚至還有人一直用越南語說話哈哈。
溝通不好..~^^;;;
不能使用酒廊酒吧...關門很早...
泳池很不錯~~
分為兒童和成人~~^^
因為個子矮所以有點擔心，不過水深1.4m，對於不會游泳的我來說還好。
首先很乾淨~^^因為我們在同一個健身房，所以健身房的工作人員接受了我們用過的毛巾~~^^
早餐品種不是很多，但也值得吃。
你希望多吃一點嗎？比起其他飯店，吃的輕食很多，但是菜色比想像中少~~^^;;;
咖啡真的很好喝哈哈。
有點失望的是 Netflix 不可用...YouTube 可用哈哈。
聰明的是，飯店的翻新工程在電視上得到了很好的展示。
水壓真的很好，就像坐在淋浴間的椅子上一樣。
希望時間多一點就成為高品質飯店👍

We had planned on staying at this hotel for just a couple of nights but extended our stay and then returned later in our trip as it was so fantastic. The beautiful hotel is situated in a lovely, landscaped area of Hai Phong with many restaurants and a mall just a short walk away. The rooms were large, very clean and quiet. They also have a balcony where there are tables and chairs. The breakfast - included in the price of our room - was excellent with a wide choice of foods. What really makes this hotel stand out is the incredible service given by all the staff; especially those working on reception. They were incredibly friendly, helpful and researched and found solutions for our travel plans. This hotel is a real gem, do visit if you can.

訪訪客用戶This was one of the best places we stayed in Vietnam! Very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and affordable. We loved especially the great breakfast buffet, but the best was the fantastic service of the whole team! I would recommend everyone to stay here when in Cat Ba. You can walk to every restaurant nearby in about 5mins, they also rent motorcycles, sell tours and do laundry for very good prices. Overall 10/10!

By far one of the best stays in my month long travel here in Vietnam between multiple cities and regions. This hotel is brand new and everything reflects it. The bathrooms and rooms are luxurious. Beds are super comfy. Breakfast was delicious every morning. More importantly the staff was amazing. They handheld us through checkin throughout our stay until we left. We were taken care of so well. As part of the hotel, they had a tour booking office which helped us book all our activities and car service with discounts. We woke up late and had to be ready to leave for our day cruise and they even called to the dining room to pack us our breakfast to take with us. That is 5 star service! We were given fabulous advice on where to go during our stay as well. Location was right on the Main Street so within walking distance to all stores and restaurants and short walk to the beach. Definitely a 5 star stay.

訪訪客Stayed two nights here. The hotel is in the heart of the Catba island with a lot of restaurants, tour agents and shops around. Our room was upgraded by the owner due to the availability and the stay was a very pleasant experience. Room was nice and clean with all basic needs included. The breakfast was also alright for the money paid. The owner and all staff are very helpful. Highly recommend.

FFelix位置方便,我們選了這家酒店做一天船遊艾倫哈灣,一天在國家公園。牀墊很舒服,房間很乾淨,早餐也不錯。整條街都在大施工所以很吵,灰塵很大。最好與酒店雙倍檢查,以確保道路工程完成。建議:1.更換沐浴露和洗髮水,因爲我們房間提供的氣味不好,2.與更好的摩托車租賃公司合作:我們通過酒店租用了2輛不同的摩托車,兩者都處於惡劣狀態(輪胎損壞,剎車不良,空箱,發動機故障,頭盔臭)

訪訪客I got healed by beautiful and marvelous nature. So originally I planned to stay just two days but couldn't help but expanding two more days. Every day I got returned with being tired but could be refreshed fully enough in the Cat Ba Green hotel. Now I really wish I could come back in the near future and if then I would like to stay again here without hesitation.

訪訪客用戶We didn’t get the room as pictured in the booking, instead we got a second floor room as in the picture. The bed was comfortable. The shower was too small, I’m 175cm and I had to crouch to wash my hair. The shower pressure was terrible going for slow to slower every second and other showers were the same. In the room we were in you could actually see into our neighbors shower. Our sink burst one time but they fixed it right away and were very apologetic.
The area was lovely, as stated by others it is far from the centre but worth it for the quiet and the scenery with nice walks nearby. The hosing family were nice and helpful when getting our bus out of catba.

訪訪客用戶The immediate vice is this place is in need of a face lift and a bit of sprucing up. Our plan had us here one night and it worked as an overnight. The remoteness of the lodge requires you to have transportation to easily access the beaches. The amenities such as the pool during our stay was a no go! It was not up to swimming standards and it looked like it was not used in a while. The room in building # one was large enough for two people with a floor fan, good quality air con, and a place to hang your clothes. The mosquito net was a bit undersized for the bed. Not that it was necessary but we tried to make it work but could not manage very well. The toilet-shower combo was fine with a boiler type system that required you to turn it on and off for conservation purposes. HW worked fine only issue I had was it’s height off the floor as I am over 2 meters (6 foot+) and the shower head was a bit lower. Again no issues! The bar prices were reasonable but limited in selection. Overall I just felt the property and the rooms need a freshing up!

Không gian phòng hì thoáng mát sạch sẽ, recomment mọi người đi du lịch ên qua hotel này để nghỉ ngơi nha Khách sạn n*** trung tâm Cát Bà, đi lại thuận tiện, Anh chủ nhà rất hiếu khách và nhiệt tình. Lần sau tới Cát Bà nhất định sẽ tiếp tục ủng hộ Pina Hotel
