Personeel was onvriendelijk en niet behulpzaam.
Op de site staat dat er een lobbybar is, maar er was helemaal geen bar.
Internet snelheid was erg laag, als de WiFi al werkte. Bij klagen werd gezegd dat dat aan onze toestellen lag.... Zelfs in omliggende restaurants was WiFi beter!
Er moest een borg van onze credit card gegeven worden (hebben we nog niet eerder meegemaakt!) en het duurde 2 dagen na uitchecken vóórdat die gecanceld werd.
De kamer was prima en goed schoon.

Es war ein netter Aufenthalt in dem Hotel, sehr nett eingerichtet. Sauberkeit war ok. Kaffee gab es tagsüber gratis im Hotel. Was evtl im Zimmer fehlt ist ein Geschirrhandtuch und Spüllappen. Man muss Geschirr halt im Bad abwaschen. Ansonsten war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Die Lage ist ruhig aber nicht sehr Zentral. Die Einrichtung geschmackvoll aber etwas kühl. Außerdem wurden wir mit Vorabgarantie der Buchung bis check-in angeschrieben obwohl pay on arrival bei ******* stand. Sogar unter Androhung der Stornierung falls man es nicht macht.

Ruime en nette kamer. Zeer goede regendouche. Prima wifi. Op wandelafstand van tram 17 naar centrum. Straatparking gratis in het weekend. Aan te bevelen hotel.

They charged me 50 euros for my pet when they never told me I had to inform them about it and I think it’s really unfair because I did self check in.. they just take advantage of the clients..

The Executive suites have little in the way of cooking facilities. That was my mistake, I usually book a 1 bedroom apartment. The building is safe and quiet. It has free laundry facilities which are very useful. It has air-conditioning which again is useful. The beds are comfy, and the rooms are quiet at night. My only gripe is the dark brooding look of the rooms. Dark woods and a bit lacking in colour. I hope they upgrade them sometime. But this place is a positive place to stay, and everything is good. The TV is not a smart TV, so no casting from youtube. :D Overall I would recommend this hotel. It is in a great area of the Hague. Easy for the coast and the city.
