The hotel is located near to Railway Station as well as in Market Area. Most of the tourist places are nearby. The property is old and renovation work is going on. The rooms on 1st and 2nd floor are ok types, have all the basic things. The hotel staff is cooperative, the property has a restro called Swad which serves delicious food, though little costlier wrt Gwalior. It also has a terrace Restro, having fort view in the night. Overall, a decent stay for short duration.

Had a good stay, the check-in and check-out experience was good. Excellent location. Staff if helpful. The rooms need some maintenance though. The mattress and sheets aren’t the best. The bathtub had cracks. Ac remote wasn’t available and the ac could not be set to a particular temperature. Decent stay for the price.

My stay was very nice. The cleanliness of the hotel was upto the standard with well behaved staff. Room and linen was absolutely neat and clean. Meals was served hot and tasty with very good room service staff. Overall it was very nice experience. It is nice hotel located centrally in the heart of the city. The size of room is big one. Food was good, breakfast was not good as they bring from road side stalls, it was cold, u cant expect early morning tea ☕️,but as I booked room for 3 hotel didn’t provide extra mattress, and didn’t refund amount for not providing bed , My daughter was handicapped para national swimming player so we request thm to give lower floor room as no lift in hotel dispite of booking 1-month before
