It's an below average hotel. The room in which i stayed was ok but not according to charges. The rooms are definitely not worth rs 1300. Ac was also broken even at 18 degree it was not cooling properly.

A converted palace in the middle of a bustling city a haven of tranquility. A delightful but difficult building to negotiate one’s way around. Splendid bedroom beautifully appointed a joy to be in. The staff from the wonderful general manager down were helpful, courteous and extremely patient. To pick out a single member of staff is difficult but my vote goes to Ravi in the dining room. The chef was incredibly helpful when sorting out my dietary problems and produced meals of the highest quality. Recommended you stay I leave you to make your own mind.

The hotel is located near to Railway Station as well as in Market Area. Most of the tourist places are nearby. The property is old and renovation work is going on. The rooms on 1st and 2nd floor are ok types, have all the basic things. The hotel staff is cooperative, the property has a restro called Swad which serves delicious food, though little costlier wrt Gwalior. It also has a terrace Restro, having fort view in the night. Overall, a decent stay for short duration.

My hotel stay at hotel central point, gwalior was excellent there hospitality was very good all staff members are excellent. They all are very cooperative. Like to visit this hotel again. Thanks

We booked this hotel because non other was available for one nights stay . Knowing that this was 3 star hotel I booked an executive room wanting more space and amenities . But despite that we were given a normal delux room by the front desk person . Later when we asked for a better room we were shifted by another staff member ( so a bad start) . Location is good as it’s quite central Parking is limited but the staff helps you park .. Breakfast was also very below average both in taste and variety .. not worth the money we paid for it 😞
