Proper city location at Fancy Bazaar, a shopping hub in Guwahati. Avoid stay on sundays as its closed. The hotel is well decorated with beautiful conference halls & mughal theme restra serving great food & great ambience. The electricity fluctuations is a problem here & intercom lines get disconnected in the peak early morning hours. When we were leaving at 5.30am, no houskeeping staffs were there for exit formalities. It felt very unsafe & weird in such a luxury hotel. Overall the room was gloomy with less lighting & bathrooms were not clean & unhygenic. Was not worth the stay here.

Room not same as shown in pic. Dirty and thorny bedsheets, it was very uncomfortable to sleep. Poor and cheap toiletries. Old stench and feel i want a refund for this stay

Looks very old and yet not fully renovating, in market area full busy street, but staff is very nice service is very nice too actually not worth for money same price better choice available in good area

I booked my stay from make my trip but for some reasons i had to cancel my stay so i made a call in the front desk one of their staff answered who was not at all helpful he hang the call saying i will call you back to which he never did nor did they answer my call again so i am in loss of 6000 rs which was never refunded to me

Very polite and friendly staff staff but the approach to the property is totally congested with lot of traffic hand cart and what not. Very difficult to drive through during busy hours
