Mr. Chandan and Mr. vijay kumar from house keeping Department has extremely helpful and friendly. They are open to hear the feedback and working on suggestions. Even the restaurant has amazing food and great team. They are always carrying smile on their face and serve food with extremely love.

Excellent service and care from Mr. Ravi Shankar and his Chandan/Jay, the housekeeping team. Always available to provide any assistance that we needed. Polite and professional. Rooms are serviced thoroughly and maintained to the highest standard

I was hosting a lunch for my college friends from St. Stephen's. We had all graduated in 1978 and had been friends for close to 50 years. One friend Khyati Pota was visiting from Toronto and so we wanted to celebrate her birthday in a special place. I chose the Palms restaurant at City Club (where I am a member) because I knew the food to be good but I was a bit apprehensive because they don't take reservations at lunchtime. In the event I need not have worried. It was very easy to get the nicest table in the centre of the restaurant and we had a really great time ! The Chinese food lived up to its reputation, the service was attentive and respectful and the extra favour that I had wanted of a surprise chocolate cake for Khyati went off smoothly without a hitch. We all sang her Happy Birthday and she said later she was touched beyond words by our birthday gift as her old classmates ❤❤ My grateful thanks to the manager Brajesh Kumar and his entire service staff which made all this possible !!

The Stay was comfortable and friendly staff , excellent amenities, great location clean room and modern rooms. breakfast was good. Mr. Ashok at the reception make our stay memorable. This was my first visit at gurgaon we are really enjoyed.

It's the most perfect . Best bar with the best teams. Staff most hospitable and warm. It's a venue that seems like a. Extension of home. We use the bar very often..and it truly is.place we like to recommend to anyone. The club's food, snacks and drinks are outstanding...above all if the service. The rooms here are good too.....have used them.often for our guests.

Great Margaritas, great platters, great time. I enjoy my times here, service was great by Mr. Negi and Abhishek, I used to come here with my friends and family to spend my time because I like this place a lot, and the staff are very good in the bar

The stay is very nice and service is very excellent and the balcony view also very nice the food buffet breakfast is also very nice special the paneer parantha if you guys go there so try please chandan and jay singh house keeping these two guys
