It was excellent stay and the services were so overwhelming, for checkins and luggage assistance Ms Khushi, Mr Aaryan, Ms Abha and Mr Ketan has helped us alot.

At the outset let me state that Hyatt does not have few issues but multiple issues and what surprises me is that it has such high ratings. Ambience: The ambience is not befitting a 5 star. When entering one sees dried wild grass and almost feels like one is entering the set of a horror movie. The dark theme carries on with sculptures and paint schemes everywhere reflecting the same. There is a section where one has busts of different people with a winding staircase going down without any explanation as to what it is (did not muster enough courage to explore that one since I did not want to end up as one of the busts). The carpet in front of the lift was dilapidated and flea markets have better ones. Room: Room can be best described by thinking of the movie “Enter The Dragon” and Bruce Lee’s final fight in the hall of mirrors. The room is full of mirrors which is extremely disorienting. The rooms are average in terms of usability – on paper they are large but lot of space is wasted and not usable. Basic things are missing like a work table and executive chair especially if you are a business traveler or need to work on the laptop (house keeping provides one on request). The rooms have a high tech Japanese commode, which is in a separate enclosure. The space is not bigger than a closet & does not have a handle which can be used by older people to get off the toilet seat. The TV also has the smallest selection of channels that I have come across in any hotel. The in-room dining is extremely limited and basics like a kids’ menu section is not available. Mention must be made here that there is a night club “Romeo Lane” within the premises, which blares songs at high decibel well past midnight. The noise inside the rooms is very high all across – if you have a room located on the front side and corner close to the night club then you might end up with a Grand headache the next day! On the last day at dinner time the lights went out completely (no emergency lights came on) in both the rooms that I had, which made the hotel phones inoperative. I stumbled out into the corridor which thankfully had lights on and went to the phone placed there & was told that a circuit board issue tripped the lights in some of the rooms. It was restored in around 10 minutes. Just reinforced the horror set theme. Service: Service had some stars and some who need coaching. Angad (front desk), Umar, Gaurav and Bella in dining were fantastic and it was they who salvaged the service aspect of the hotel. Sachi in in-room dining messed up both lunch and dinner orders and Anant while being apologetic for the issues, never really followed up. In short there are much better options available in Gurgaon. This one is an easy avoid.

Nice decor, excellent chandeliers, nice washrooms and what culinary delight at coffee shop. The lobby was expansive and the lawns well manicured. The service was par excellence and the staff greeted with a smile always. The service was quick

Hotel fabuloso, com serviço impecável e quartos muito confortáveis ; é uma excelente opção para quem viaja a negócios. Para turismo, porém, não recomendo, pois fica bastante distante dos principais pontos turísticos de Delhi.

1년만에 출장건이 생겨서 재방문을 하였습니다. 리셉션에서부터 저를 기억해주면서 먼저 다가와 반겨주시는 직원분들 때문에 기분이 좋았습니다. 이 호텔의 장점은 탁 트인 전망입니다. 저 멀리 지평선까지 보이는 탁 트인 전망은 장시간 비행으로 지쳐서 도착한 저에게 시원함을 제공해주었습니다. 이 호텔 오픈하기 전까지 여러 호텔에 투숙을 해봤었는데, 구르가온에서 이정도의 뷰를 제공하는 호텔은 없네요.. 이 호텔 오픈 시부터 이용해오던 호텔인데 늘 기분좋게 투숙하고 또 투숙해오고 있습니다. 방도 아늑하고 관리가 잘 되어 있습니다. 호텔 내에서의 동선이 크지 않아서 모든 방이 엘리베이터에서 가깝게 위치하고 있어서 불필요한 이동도 없어서 편리합니다.

いろんなハイアットに泊まりましたが、部屋の質や、サービス、食事、段違いで最高できた。 部屋からの眺めもとても良かったです。 ずっとこの部屋にいたいと思えるような快適な部屋でした。

辦理入住手續很順利，尤其是在網路上辦理入住手續時。房間很乾淨，看著 ggn 天際線的景色令人驚嘆。 酒店與另一棟大樓有內部連接，那裡有咖啡館、酒吧和購物場所，這對呆在房間裡來說是一個很好的分散注意力的地方，尤其是當你來出差時，就像我的情況一樣。
