古爾岡湖丹姆達瑪蓋特威度假村(The Gateway Resort Damdama Lake)

29/05 arrive à Rhodes il faut bof mais bon, on prend le bus luxair arrivé à l’hôtel à 11h30. On attend notre chambre jusque 14h30. Pendant ce temps on va ***ger au restaurant de l’hôtel … la cata la population ne reflète pas du tout les photos de l’hôtel. Le restaurant fait cantine de primaire. Du bruit, du bruit, du bruit … sans parler de ce qu’on y ***ge dès pizza, pâtes, frites … il y a deux trois choses bien mais la première impression est mauvaise. On continue on remonte pour notre chambre ils nous avaient oublié ! On a un bébé de 1 an il est 14h30 on va seulement avoir notre chambre ! Notre chambre n’est encore une fois pas comme sur le site … vieillotte, les finitions sont horribles et pas du tout digne d’un 5 étoiles à 3000€ hors saisons pour 8 jour 7 nuits pour 2! On va à la piscine, plus de transat ! La piscine est sale on y voit bcp de crasses au niveau des marches ! Sans parler de la qualité des chaises, transats et autres ! Les ascenseurs se bloquent, le bouton de celui de notre bâtiment n’est carrément plus dans le trou! On doit se rendre au premier pour appuyer sur le 2 afin de pouvoir y entrer avec la poussette ! Mon mari veut une crêpe, on attend 30 min ! Encore une fois tout fait vieux, les chaises tables et autres sont dépassés inconfortables … les animateurs qui joue à travers la piscine au ballon. Le spa qui est une tente de 3m/3m et la salle de sport mieux ou résident 3 vélos dehors ! Là c’est bon, c’en ai de trop, on remonte dans la chambre la terrasse est sale ! Bref, je sonne à l’hôtel Elysium resort and spa qui se trouve à 3 min ! Un vrai 5 étoiles ! Au top du top et on débarque le jour même à 18h30 ! C’était ça où rentrer ! L’accueil est magnifique, le personnel au top et hyper agréable, sans parler du buffet, des piscines, des restaurants, de la vue ! Toutes les chambres sont vues sur mer ! HÔTEL MAGNIFIQUE ! d’une propreté incroyable ! On recom***de mille fois !!!! Les photos du site sont le mensongères hormis l’entrée, le gens pris en photos pour le site ne reflètent pas la population de l’hôtel !

Taj Gateaway Dumduma is awesome property. The food is sumptuous. Service is impeccable, particularly Ganesh, Gopi and Kuldeep. They have been at their best. The restaurant is nicely lit and is spacious. Highly recommended !

Super hospitality by the team- ***oj, rajat and chef girish and chef vishal , ashok and nikhil . Its the great place to come for short staycation. Loved the Beautiful and peaceful place with all the adventures activities available. Would love to visit soon

A resort located at rural Haryana, with poor roads but away from hustle bustle of city. Although the sound from marriage event in vicinity was disturbing. Good posh large rooms with a even larger washroom. Nice amenities with lots of upgradation in progress and hence fewer facilities available. Breakfast buffet was excellent and so was Lunch buffet. Dinner A la Carte was just fine with small portion size (Burger). The mattresses also may require a change.

Best services given by the staff .. special thanks to sadaf , kavita and team for making our first wedding anniversary special . Overall staff are very kind and helpful. Morning buffet is a must try. We met Ganesh, arpita ,kritika during our morning breakfast.. they were very kind and helpful

Staying at the hotel on our anniversary, February 12th, was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by the staff(sadaf) and she gave us tulsi mala, and greeted again particularly by Karan yadav the front desk, whose exceptional service truly enhanced our stay. The room was beautifully decorated, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed, especially the thoughtful anniversary surprise left for us. Throughout our stay, every interaction with the staff was filled with genuine care and professionalism, making us feel truly valued as guests. From the exquisite dining experience with kids to the surprised treatments they given, every aspect of our anniversary getaway was meticulously planned and executed flawlessly. Kishan, Rajat and Ashok really helped us while serving food! Hospitality is very good at the Gateway Resort Damdama Lake Gurgaon. We came to celebrate our marriage anniversary here and they served us a complimentary cake to celebrate. Thank you!
