We went in early May so,the a la carte restaurants were closed ,plus you can only visit one per week. We stayed in the main hotel. No complaints with the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Ozzy at the lobby bar. The location is good for local shops. Bodrum Marina is beautiful and more affluent. We ate there most nights. Sadly it's the food that let's the hotel down .it's repetitive and cold by the time you sit down . The salad section is great . Music plays until 2 am . We wouldn't stay again. However we would like to take the opportunity to thank the staff,from house keeping to reception to waiters .

When my husband and I arrived we were allocated the wrong room. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary, which they knew about, and they put us in a twin room. We were finally given a double room the following afternoon. The rooms are definitely in need of an update. The walls are very thin and you could hear everything the neighbours are doing. Although the towels were replaced daily, the bedding was not and we had to get housekeeping to replace the sheets after day 6 and they also washed the floor. Previously the floor was just swept. We also had to request toilet rolls as they were not replenished. Maybe we were just unlucky and got a bad maid! At the main buffet, there was not a lot of hot choice for vegetarians but they had a big selection of salads. Service at the buffet was not good. We always had to get the wait staff’s attention to get some water. Surely they should come straight over when you sit down to ask if you wanted anything to drink. Our favourite dining venue was the Italian for both lunch and dinner. Food was fresh and hot and the service was excellent. As well as the main pool, we did try the Relax pool on two occasions. It was empty both times and obviously hadn’t been looked after. You had to bring towels down from the other pool and drinks as there was no bar. I’m assuming this would probably change during peak season. There was lots of cat poo under the sun beds which also needed a clean. Would I return or recommend? No. Too many things would need to change but as it was quite a cheap holiday, I suppose you get what you paid for.

Very cozy small hotel two minutes from the sea. Clean comfortable rooms. Cleaned up every day. Not a very large pool, but the hotel has only 70 rooms and there is always enough space for everyone. Loved the landscaping. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is only one caveat, the beach near the hotel is dirty, but we walked literally 10 minutes along the sea and found a place there. The hotel you want to return to. Huge thanks to the hotel staff. Очень понравился ландшафтный дизайн. А персонал отеля максимально дружелюбный и участливый. Есть единственный нюанс, пляж возле отеля грязноват, но мы ходили буквально 10 минут вдоль моря и там находили себе места. Тот отель, куда хочется вернуться. Огромная благодарность персоналу отеля.

The hotel itself is located in a convenient location and it is very close to the beach. The rooms are clean and the view is amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly and can speak English fluently. They were very helpful providing us with an itinerary of things we could do! Overall a great experience!

We ve been with family and friends for a day trip to Alikarnassos. We booked a cheap hotel (50€) per night for a two room 4 bed suite, each family. To be honest i was a bit skeptical considering the low price. Arriving at the hotel, parking was not an issue because of a wide street in front of it. Communicating was a bit difficult due to lack of English (on their account). As soon as made the reservation,i headed for the room to be surprised in a good manner. The rooms were clean, with new furniture. Equipped with A/C fridge and tv. There was also a pool. Breakfast was free and delisious, served in front of the pool. The only disadvantage of the hotel is that it is not on the beach, it is located 10' by foot from the nearest beach. Concluding, is was a pleasant experience that we are considering having again in the near future!!

The Poyz hotel is one of the nicest places that we have stayed in Turkey. The price was right and competitive. The location was perfect and within few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The room was large, modern, beautiful, and had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was customized, delicious, and included everything. The staff were very friendly, courteous, gracious, and helpful. I had a parking spot right in front of the hotel. We definitely plan to return and stay here again hopefully soon.

- Odamızın manzarası efsaneydi - Genel olarak tesis ve oda temizdi - Odamız 1+1 yatak odası salon şeklindeydi ve gerçekten rahattı. - Mutfağımızın olması çok iyiydi. Çatal bıçak kaşık tabak Ocak mini dolap vardı. . Özellikle eşim yemek yaparken TV veya balkonda manzaranın keyfini çıkarmak çok güzeldi. - Kış ayı olmasına rağmen yaklaşık bir saat falan klimayı çalıştırdık ve iki oda içinde yetti. Gayet sıcak bir aile ortamında tatil yaptık. ** Tek sorun tuvaletteki kokuydu, artık belediye ile mi alakalı kanalizasyonda mı sorun var yoksa geçici birşey miydi bilmiyorum fakat ne olursa olsun harika 2 gün geçirdik. Bir daha kesinlikle GELECEĞİZ 😊

Absolutely perfect stay we've had at Jasmin beach hotel. We went as family of 4, 2 of which are teenagers. The staff are amazing and truly can't do enough for you. The restaurants are fantastic with a huge selection of food to choose from. We loved it that much we're already booking next week to go back next year. I actually cried when leaving as we made some wonderful friends there from guests to staff. I honestly can't say anything bad about the place. Thank you Jasmin beach hotel staff for absolutely everything we can't wait to return. 🫶🏻
