在我們的房間裏,浴室門的背麪掛着一條臟毛巾。然後燈在凌晨2點熄滅,直到4:30才重新亮起。因此,這使我們在黑暗中苦澀數小時。另外,我的房間裏有兩個不起作用的熨斗,兩個熨斗都因水漏出而弄濕了我的衣服。

我是那種在預訂前花幾個小時閱讀評論的人,即使只是住一晚!!這個地方看起來還可以,即使比平常貴一點。入住還可以,雖然沒有承認我的BW精英地位。我們得到了一個雙人間,而不是我付錢的女王,但我不能打擾要求搬家。我們還被派往酒店的後面,酒店裏做了一些陰暗的角色,在做看起來像毒品交易的地方閒逛。我們保持自我,雙鎖門!枕頭不錯,但感覺你從牀邊滾下來,房間很乾淨,淋浴也不錯,咖啡機沒用早餐很棒,很忙,但很乾淨,他們保留了所有的東西。總體住宿很好,我們會再次入住。

So I arrived at the hotel at approximately 11:30pm on New Year's Eve 2022 and when I walked in, no one was at the front desk. There was a sign out saying, ”Back in 10 Minutes”. I figured I would go try to find some Champaign. Walking back to my car, I saw the hotel employee that was supposed to be at the front desk walking around in the parking lot talking on her cell phone - she was wearing a pair of jeans and a tee shirt, so I had no idea that she was a hotel employee. I got back to the hotel at approximately 1215pm (couldn't find any Champaign btw) and I went back in to check in. The girl (still wearing jeans and a tee shirt, not a uniform of any sort, not even a name tag, comes walking out of the little side office and I said that I was there to check in. Without saying anything to me and looking at me like I was bothering her, sits down at her computer. She begins the process of checking me in and I am standing there with my arms full of my things and she said that there would be a $100.00 deposit. I said oh? I booked this room online and they didn't mention anything - I thought I had taken care of everything. Sir, its 100 dollars if you want to stay here. I said okay fine throw it the card on file. No response. She's looking at her cpu - no facial expression, still isn't saying anything. I asked if it was okay if I place my things on the counter and she said sure. So I am still waiting and I say my dear, how long is this going to take, I'm ready to get into my room. She looks at me and says, ”this is going to take as long as I want it to”. ”Excuse me?”, I said, ”Are you okay?” I added. She said, ”I'm fine, are you okay?”. No I am ready to check into my room and I don't understand what I did to cause you to be so rude. I came here to check in at 11:30pm and you were out in the parking lot talking on your cell phone. May I get your name (her name is Keisha btw, but I didn't find that out until later) and your supervisor's name? She said I am not going to give you any names and you can just call this number 828-831-1616. So I am trying to write the phone number down on a piece of paper (she refused to give me anything to write on) and I asked her to repeat the number. She said, ”are you slow or something?”. This is all hilarious to me now, but at the time, I was speechless. It gets much better though. I am trying to put the number into my phone (I suffered a catastrophic injury to my left eye while on active duty, so I have to hold things close to my face to see letters, numbers, etc), and she says, ”Are you recording me? Don't you record me - I'll rip your #$@#ing phone right outta your hand”. I said, ”are you threatening me?”. She said, ”Get out. I do what I want here”. I said, ”I see that! So you're not going to check me in?”. She said, ”Nope”. I said, ”Well then I need you to print something that shows I don't owe you anything.”. She said, ”I am not doing anything for you”. So I left! I drove right down the street and got a room

我們訂了兩晚這個酒店,週五05/20-05/22,check的這個酒店很忙,工作人員好像很忙,回答簡單的問題,或者對我所問的事情有什麼建議。那天晚上我們去了吃飯回來,和朋友一起慶祝生日,一共5個孩子年齡10-8個月。被告知有醫療緊急狀況,需要搬去餐廳。好的 我們理解了 搬到了大堂的餐廳 幾分鐘後他們再次告訴我們醫療緊急狀況 我們需要在小天井外面走 那個很好 我明白了20-30幾分鐘後,由於醫療緊急,我們被告知要離開門窗。我們也這樣做了,此時大一點的孩子正在生氣,問了很多問題。我們注意到幾個警察快速地向電梯移動。我們被要求不要透過窗戶看。外面有人告訴我們,旅館裏有人死亡。聲音大得讓大一點的孩子聽到,他們非常難過,以至於哭了起來。一位“保安”人員出來告訴我們(聲音大得讓孩子們聽得見,因爲我們在小天井裏),在3樓(我們住的地方)有人死亡。屍體被發現了,帶着笑臉,“藍藍的藍莓一樣藍”。我要求我的東西能離開房間。孩子們哭了,和我的妻子一樣不安。我被護送到房間收集我們的東西,搬到另一家酒店。第二天早上我打電話來詢問退款事宜,被告知我以後必須再打回來。我後來打過電話,他們說他們不會向我們收取第二天晚上的費用,他們明天會給我打電話,告訴我由於情況的處理方式以及發生在我們幾個門外的事故,我們沒有留宿的第一個晚上第二天我打電話來,被告知總經理會給我打電話。經理沒有打電話,助理經理一天後打電話告訴我總經理會給我們房間打折,但不會退整間房費。她確實說他們從這次活動中學到了東西,下次發生這種情況時會努力讓事情變得更好。酒店不乾淨,房間煙味很重,儘管是無煙房。地板很髒,空調也真的很吵。我不建議入住這家酒店。

This is probably the worst Marriott property I’ve stayed at. I’m a Titanium member and have already spent 30 days in other Marriotts this year alone. The front desk manager that checked me in was very nice, but it’s the property itself that needs serious work. This is probably the worst Marriott property I’ve stayed at. The bathroom needs new hinges, tub, and in the least, a clean shower curtain. The one I had was very moldy. The door hinges were rusty, as was the coffee maker that completely leaked. I requested another coffee maker to which another front desk person said she would look for. I requested this Tuesday morning, and returned around 7-8 PM. No coffee maker in sight. I asked someone else who appears to assist with security or cleaning. He found a new one for me, but this should have been replaced long before. During check-in, I was told cleaning was every other day; and also what I selected using the Bonvoy app. Nobody ever came to clean the room. The location wasn’t great; at least not the view looking at an auto parts spot. Someone else I bumped into during my stay said he was looking for another location since he couldn’t imagine staying there for a month. I looked but the area had sold out of rooms. Otherwise, I really wanted to leave. There is a Springhill Suites close by that I stayed at the week before; it was so much better. I slept horribly throughout the week; the walls are thin, and you can hear every single kid running down the hallway, door knocking, door slamming. Also, it’s rare I come across hotels that have absolutely no USB outlets. The normal outlets are hit and miss as far as working. The AC unit is loud, and it’s either hot or cold, no good balance (it’s the old school unit near the floor; no wall control). Unless you are in desperate need of a place and all others are sold out, keep your expectations low. I feel bad for the employees as they appear to hold dual roles; the night manager never seemed to be at the desk, but i would always see her checking the floors. Another looked like she is also responsible for cleaning the lobby area. Perhaps this is why the room never got serviced. The 2 stars is only for the employees.
