橘子海灘碼頭SpringHill Suites飯店(SpringHill Suites Orange Beach at the Wharf)

The front desk staff was wonderful. The only complaint I have is that the pillows hurt my neck. Everything else was great. The toll bridge was very slow, which doesn't reflect the hotel.

Great room. Good location. Breakfast was great.

The hotel itself was beautiful, spacious and clean! Service was superb. The only comment I would have is that I wish they would have had coffee in the lobby throughout the entire morning. They put the coffee away when breakfast ended and didn’t bring it out until the breakfast began. I left on a Sunday morning at 6:30 AM and was hoping to grab a cup for the road but since breakfast didn’t start until seven there was no coffee available. There was a coffee maker in the room and I could’ve made it if I really needed to, so it’s not that big of a deal, but it was enough to be noticeable.

They did not hold my reservation. I had no room when I showed up for checkin.

The staff was nice. Other than that it was a very disappointing and misleading. We were put in a terrible room with no balcony and a view of the parking lot - when we were under the impression we would have a balcony with a pool view. Sadly, this may be my last time booking through *******.

$400 for a room worth about $150. Not on the beach, scalding hot water in bathroom, breakfast ******, pool surface was rough, jets in hot tub broken.

We stayed here for the New Year. Beautiful property, clean rooms, friendly staff.

Fantastic location. Except for the gravel/dirt loading site next door. Backup beepers starting at 7am. Everything else was amazing.

Beautiful view of the canal and marina. Staff was very nice. Thanks Leslie for your help when we got in late.
