It was our first time in Florida! The hotel was right across from dining, grocery shopping and near the beach. We would visit again!

Room was nasty. Sheets had blood stains

Everything was good. I would return. Near some restaurants, gas station, and grocery store (walking distance). Room has a full size fridge, microwave, plates/cups, coffee machine (but the hotel offers a coffee/hot tea station all day), utensils etc. I wish the pillows are more comfy - they were super soft (goose feather feel). Plenty of lighted parking.

First, ********** does not seem to know what a kitchen is. I specifically asked for a hotel with a KITCHEN. This is not. There is a microwave, dishes, full sized fridge and that is it. You can check out a cooktop which comes with a single pan. This is not a kitchen. There is a dishwasher, but no soap for said dishwasher. No door hangers so maids have to knock and disturb you. There was none to limited internet. No way to conduct business.If you get online, better stay on otherwise you lose your spot in the internet galaxy, never to get it again. There was no guide on the TV remote, so no way to see what was on. Not only that, thanks to no internet, the TV signal failed and there was no TV for a while, either. The pool is frigid and right at the door, so no privacy. Horrible water pressure. Hard to believe in Florida. Breakfast looked sad and dried out. Had to go elsewhere. However, this is a very convenient location to stores and restaurants and is close to the freeway. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable enough. For the price, I would not stay here again if I had a choice.

Our stay was amazing! From our first step inside until we left our stay was fantastic! Very clean, modern, and spacious rooms. Close proximity to the beach! Close to Publix! Laundry room to use! Outdoor pool although we never used it! Great breakfast! Friendly staff! Will stay here again!

The staff was Awesome! The young lady that checked us in was super sweet as was the lady that checked us out! The whole place smelled fresh and clean! Our room was very spacious and the bed was comfy! Breakfast could use some work :(

The only complaint was the pool was supposed to be heated and it was freezing. Other wise highly recommend this place for a stay.

I LOVE staying at this hotel. It’s the second time I’ve booked here. When I was returning to Pensacola on a solo vacation I knew I had to stay here again. I also LOVE the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash they put in the shower.

I liked the fact that where my room was located at the end of the first floor hallway, there was an outside access door that we could go in safely. I parked close to the end of the building where I knew my room was at and was able to go inside easily instead of walking through the front lobby and walking all the way down to the end of the hallway. I was having surgery at the Andrew's Institute and my wife had to help me get in and out of the vehicle and having access to this door made it a lot easier for her to get me to the room. My wife needed a wheelchair for me to get me to our room when we got back from the surgery and the staff were very nice and accommodating to let her borrow it. Overall it was a very nice stay and definitely would stay there again if need be.
