한국에서 가족들이 와서 죽기전에 한번은 꼭 가봐야한다는 아띠뜰랑에 다녀 왔어요 몇 년 전에 한 번 다녀 왔던 곳이란 믿고 다시 방문 했습니다 반련견도 뛰어 놀 수 있는 잔디밭도 넓었고요 즐거운 추억 만들고 왔어요

I reserved and was given a suite that happened to be directly above renovation construction going on. Continual noise from 0900 until 1800. I asked to be moved but was only offered a ‘standard’ room with no compensation. Later I was offered compensation for the in the form of a free breakfast. The breakfast buffet is marginal. Service is poor. The facilities in general are old and worn out. On a positive note, parking and reception personnel were friendly. Parking is easy and spacious. The location provides an easy walk to town and the lakeside.

From the pictures and the outside, this seems like a great place. That appearance is only skin deep. There are many restrictions and some services that should have been offered that weren’t. For one, coffee is not available until after 8am and often there are no cups available. The “travel agency” in the rear of reception is overpriced. Go to the streets and find more options at better prices. Even if you book an excursion with the hotel, they won’t hold your luggage past 3pm- not even for an additional fee- if your tour is the day of your check out. The pool was nice but the bar and restaurant close very early. The drinks are weak. I suggest leaving the area and going up Santander because you’ll find much more authentic and stronger and economical options. I also want to point out that this “resort,” which is not at all inclusive, requires a wrist band. There’s no need. We walked into the property at 10pm and no one even checked. The only time we needed it was for the “free watered down drink” you may get upon check in. I would not stay here again. There are many other options that are much better.

Excelente ubicación y servicio. Todo estuvo perfecto, nuestra habitación, la comida y las instalaciones. Recomiendo ampliamente aloj**** en este hotel.

Los empleados muy amables atentos resepsionitas muy amable nos asen sentir en casa un lugar muy hermoso
