哥斯達黎加全包式悅宜灣奢享飯店(Riu Palace Costa Rica - All Inclusive)

First off the Riu’s food was better then I expected. There was a lot of cooking stations and the wait staff was very good. The staff was constantly cleaning the place and the grounds were very well kept. The pools we’re amazing the waiters took drink orders right from your seats and the swim up bar was nice also. The Riu is nice if you want to just relax and stay on the resort or if you choose to venture out it’s a little far from town about 35 min there’s a adventure park right near the hotel that’s a must see and the zip line was extremely fun. The shows at night are fun and entertaining.Just be careful of the atv and jet ski rentals on the beach they don’t have Insurace so do it at your own risk the hotel offers the same things and the price can be negotiated over all I’d rate place 8.3/10 super clean and all staff had masks on if that’s a concern for you and everything is now open again clubs and bars

Excelente atención, muy buen servicio.

Este hotel necesita urgentemente un update. El mobiliario es viejo, pintado sobre pintado dejando ver diferentes capas. Los colores violeta y fucsia de cortinas y sillas son una combinación terrible, junto con lámparas en color gris metalizado que ya están desajustadas por el tiempo (veladores inclinados, lámparas de pared flojas, espejos con manchas de humedad). Debimos cambiar de habitación porque las de la planta baja tienen un olor a humedad insoportable. Los baños de todas las habitaciones tienen olor a cloaca. La atención del personal es excelente. Siempre dispuestos y de buen modo. La comida también es muy buena, especialmente en el bufet (los restaurantes no son tan buenos ni con tanta calidad, especialmente el Steak House que nos sirvió carne quemada que debimos dejar sin probar siquiera). Mi percepción es que el precio es muy alto para el mantenimiento general que tiene el hotel. Aún así disfrutamos nuestra estadía.

El personal no me supo decir que había salón de belleza y justo en esta estancia lo necesitaba, no sabía darle información, la habitación estaba con pintura Fresca en la puerta y nadie nos avisó y cuando llegamos nos pintamos, el aire fallaba demasiado, una mesa que había tenía un vidrio roto y yo iba con mi hijo de 1 año lo cual podía ponerlo en peligro y tuve que pedir que se lo llevaran.

En general bien. Lo que no ha cambiado son las presentaciones de la noche, siempre lo mismo, solo coreografías de canciones. Se hospeda bastante adulto mayor, y sin embargo, los baños no han sido aún adaptados a las necesidades físicas de ellos (propia experiencia en este viaje).

Quiero felicitar al personal de entretenimiento en especial a pollito julio nany y Esteban de frontera desk y a todos los meseros del restaurant y la piscina muy atentos y serviciales

Excelente comida y el lugar y servicio excelente, la TV y la refrigeradora si no funcionaban muy bien las cambiaron

Todo bien en general. Pero las habitaciones están mal distribuidad para 4 perdonas. Deterioradas, se ven mal. Almohadas horribles.

All of the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Very gracious and easy to talk to. There was almost no language barrier, our English and their Spanish.
