坦佩-亞利桑那米爾斯購物中心華美達飯店(Ramada by Wyndham Tempe/at Arizona Mills Mall)

We chose this hotel because it was located near where we needed to be. All the people we dealt with were super nice and very helpful. Possibly because of the Pandemic they haven’t fully recovered and many amenities were closed down.

Room had dirty floors, tub dirty 1 wash cloth 2 towels (3 adults 2 children Said we left dirty towels and dirty sheets... They are supposed to dirty after used..

This place is a shithole. Make sure to skip this dive on your way through Tempe

Do not stay at this hotel, it is appalling. Fitness centre closed, Breakfast not available due to staff shortage, no coffee/tea facilities in the room and right next to a very busy main road with a lot of noise. Door opening and closing during the night, not sure what this hotel is being used for. Definitely would never stay there again.

First room was really dirty and the door didnt lock. The bathroom was very nasty. Had to ask for another room. Next room was better. Not as dirty but every thing very dusty maybe from the freeway being so close. Looks like a club is right in front so it was hard to get to at times. No breakfast at all. Signs inside saying thats why the price was reduced. Lets just say not worth the price.

EL desayuno gratuito no existe, no hay centro de negocios, no funciona el gimnasio, no hay siquiera maquina expendedora de golosinas, no hay hielo, a pesar de estar semi vacío el hotel, nos pusieron junto a un cuarto donde tuvieron una fiesta con sonido super alto hasta la mañana, tuvimos que dormir con la television prendida, en fin todo mal, y no me han devuelto el deposito!

We hit this property at a bad time. Due to supply chain issues, there was no breakfast or other dining. The Fitness Center, the Business Center, and the Laundry were all closed. The men's bathroom off the lobby was also out of order. The lobby staff were very good, and we checked in and out quickly.

We arrived on November 9th I called from the airport to ask if there was somewhere secure to store our luggage so we could spend the day shopping before checking in (as we arrive morning and couldn’t check in until the afternoon). They said yes. When we arrived, after traveling all day my daughter needed to use the bathroom but there was a water main break on the main floor so there was NO washroom to use. I then asked them to store our luggage and the manager simply said, “is there valuables in the bags?” Well, we hoped to leave all our bags but guess we couldn’t be cause we had lap tops so we said no and hoped to leave our 2 larger suitcases and we would continue to carry our back packs. He said just leave them in the lobby right there, don’t worry we are always here (with the door open to the parking lot and with “strange” people hanging out by the main door) We had to leave them out in the lobby with everyone to see or have access to, but we didn’t have a choice, our kids were hungry and we needed to use a bathroom. When we booked it said Breakfast was included as did the pictures show and still show (I believe the verbiage was removed from the ******* website) When we booked it listed fitness room but that was also no longer running (I have pictures of the front desk with the signs saying they weren't offering breakfast or the fitness We left our 2 suitcases and headed to eat and that's when I decided to cell ******* to see if they could move us but they couldn't ...

Over most hotels in the area this one was very pricey; you may ask why I chose this one was because online I was promised indoor spa and breakfast. Upon showing up the spa was outside and said breakfast was closed since covid. With all of this the Staff was very in-personable and even barged into our room midday with no knock or anything. Did not feel welcome and in that area was also worried about getting our vehicle broken into as well. So overall it was a room but there are much cheaper rooms and better hotels in the area that have what is promised online.
