My family of 4 came here to escape a multi-day power outage at home during the winter storm. Although the hotel had only just recovered from their own power outage, the staff was working nonstop to assist us and others looking for refuge from the storm. They were ready to troubleshoot anything that came up and made sure we had everything we needed. They even gave my fussy toddler a stuffed dinosaur to help him calm down! I can’t praise them enough for all their efforts.

For a room that it supposed to be non smoking, I think the previous tenants could not read the no smoking signs. I had to open the window to get the smoke smell almost out. 40 degrees outside by the way. When you turned on the heater the smell returned...

Booked them through ******* for a 4 night stay with 2 queen bed and Kitchen since we had a baby. When we arrived to check-in at around 11PM, they bluntly mentioned that they don't have any more rooms and that they can do nothing about it. They asked us to contact ******* for "refund" (its just not about refund, we need a place to stay!). Front desk didn't even care a little bit that we had a baby as well and we are stuck without a place to stay. They asked us to go out and find another place that late in night! Luckily we were able to get hold of ******* customer care reservation team and they were very helpful and managed to get us into another hotel. But the way the front desk gave a cold shoulder to our situation after giving away the reserved room is just terrible.

We booked 3 Delux studio through **********. When we went to the property, the property manager said the hotel is overbooked and only two rooms available. When he spoke to **********, he said room with single bed is available. We have to adjust for smaller room which was uncomfortable, and the whole fiasco took 3 hours from our trip.

Staff was very kind, Annie checked us in, very friendly. The place was quiet, felt safe, comfortable. The bed sheets had some stains but I called for a new set and they were very kind and apologetic about it. Some burn marks on the floor and the breakfast advertised in the booking was a tad misleading. We got up thinking there would be eggs/bacon, that kind of thing but it was granola bars, packaged oatmeal. Other than that, pretty good for a night. The basic room does come with a kitchen which is nice but you do have to pay extra to have access to cooking utensils and such.

Front desk very nice and hard workers excellent service at checking and checkout nice room whit kitchen big refrigerator nice and clean bathroom beds smells good everything inside smells clean thanks for everything I spend 2 days feel like home sweet home
