和我丈夫一起來這裏過情人節。這是格林維爾市中心。去市中心的夜生活都很方便。酒店很乾凈。停車是在一個停車場。由於當時的 Covid-19，酒店內的設施有限，但酒店附屬的餐廳可用。我們很享受我們的住宿。

No hot water

Perfectly located around restaurants and shops. Easy to walk to many of favorite spots. We appreciated that this location was clean, modern, and had a very helpful staff.

Great hotel. Very welcoming lobby and decor is amazing. I could not get over how nice the lobby smelled. Breakfast was amazing. This hotel was very clean inside and out. I would recommend this hotel and the location. The area (downtown Greenville) was amazing.

As always this hotel is amazing!!! We always enjoy our stay here , it was our 4th stay here, everything is so clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

This is our second trip to Greenville and our second time to choose SpringHill. We really enjoy our stays!

Beautiful hotel with large restaurant area for breakfast & great selection. Nice double queen suite room!! Loved our stay.

We came in town just for the night. The property was so nice and front desk was so helpful. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was spacious, clean, and pretty, and the staff was wonderful. Great breakfast as well. My only complaint was the room design. The bathroom is situated directly across from the beds and has a barn door with frosted glass. If someone uses the bathroom in the night the light is like a beacon shining on anyone in the bed.

This is a beautiful hotel. I had a dbl Queen room and it was very spacious! The closet is a little awkward (location) but is by no means a show stopper. Breakfast was prepared nicely with a lot of options - HOT breakfast. Valet parking available. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to everything downtown. We will stay here any time we come to Greenville!

We have stayed at this hotel before and it is beautiful and close to everything in downtown Greenville. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is good. The only complaint is that the room was not vacuumed well and we found popcorn on the floor from previous guests.

We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed until this last stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, however our check in process was upsetting and honestly embarrassing. We thought that it was odd when the employee verbally stated we pre-paid with a third party, this should have been our first sign. There was no mention of the room type we booked, keys were just handed to us and we were told where the elevators were (even though we already knew this from previous stays). When we went to our assigned room, it was 2 queens that overlooked the roof and a wall...probably the worst room the hotel had to offer. We went downstairs to try and get the room we paid for and were told again that we booked through a third party, the hotel oversold and we were one of the guests they bumped. I received an email that morning from Marriott (as I am a Marriott member) confirming my stay AND my room choice. When I tried to show this to the employee at the desk he called over his manager. Again, I was told there was nothing that they could do and then proceeded to offer me valet parking or a free beer... We were meeting a friend of ours who was staying in the same hotel, booked through the same method and is also a Marriott member. He was told upon check in (which was after we had checked in) that they overbooked and offered to put him in the connecting hotel. He was given a beautiful King suite. I can only speculate why he was offered this room and myself a beer.

This is an excellent hotel…clean, friendly staff, and very comfortable.

This hotel was beautiful and the staff were really nice & sweet! Our room was clean, I had no complaints!
