Residence Inn Greenville Downtown

A peace of crap place, avoid it. I tried to cancel the booking 30 days before through *******, personally and never got a response back. Afterwards general manager is asking for apologize saying we didn't notice that.

Residence Inn Staff Were Friendly and Helpful. This hotel was beyond clean!!! Our room was amazingly large!! Will definitely stay again. Plus we parked our car once we arrived and never needed it again. Everything within walking distance.

I only stayed at the property for one night on February 5, 2024. My stay was less than satisfactory. We did not have adequate towels or any soap at the sink in the bathroom. This was remedied by a telephone call. We also noticed that we did not have hot water in the bathroom sink but we did not think this was a problem at the time. It was not until the morning when we went to take a shower and we did not have any hot water. We did make a complaint with the supervisor by the name of Marcia (not sure about the spelling). Mind you this was on February 6 that we spoke with her. She validated our concerns and agreed to compensate us with 10,000 points. After several weeks of calling back-and-forth, we still have gotten nowhere. We are at the point now where we are just being avoided terrible customer service.

Wonderful location and beautiful hotel. Great value for the cost. Hotel staff was friendly and the room was very large and super clean. Breakfast was included and had a large selection of food for even the pickiest of eaters. We had a fantastic stay there.

Nice hotel within minutes of our venue. Very polite and helpful staff.

The property is in a great location to restaurants and businesses downtown. It is also close to the mall which was a short drive. The hotel is beautiful. However, the room was not in the greatest shape. The shower took forever to get warm. The shower actually leaked. The water pressure was pretty weak. The color in our tv was slightly off. Some of the lights flickered and lastly, the bed was a little too hard with the pillows being way to soft. I know that sounds like a lot but honestly the hotel stay was great. The building just needs a little upkeep. Due to the location, we would definitely stay again.

The hotel is modern, clean with a unique fun atmosphere! Staff very cordial and helpful. Well managed hotel! Shot out to the valet staff!

As always we had an amazing stay. Five stars will definitely stay again.
