北卡格林斯波羅6號一室公寓(Studio 6 Greensboro, NC)

This was one of the worst stays in a hotel I have ever had. Since it was last minute it was one of the only places available in the area at the time I booked. When I arrived it took almost 20 minutes to get me a room even though I already booked online. When I finally got my room it was probably one of the dirtiest rooms I have ever been in. They also didn't have any of the basic necessities that most rooms have. There was not only no toilet paper, the roll that the toilet paper goes on to hold it was missing. There was only one towel and there was only one piece of soap, no shampoo or conditioner given. I also had to take the fire alarm out of the ceiling because the battery wasn't dead, it didn't even have a battery in it. When I went to call to get these items taken care of, there wasn't a phone in the room. The tub was clogged when I showered and the beds, tables, kitchen, walls and tub looked like they haven't been cleaned in months. I even attached pictures and you can tell it had been there a long time. I don't know how they are still in business. I even cancelled my reservation and left early.

Only 1 pillow for 2 people, no blanket on bed…only a sheet (40 degrees at night). We had to go up the street to the store and buy a blanket and pillow. This was more like apartments where people live instead of a hotel. Kids were outside playing all night long and kept knocking on our door. Definitely won’t be staying here again!

I was very disappointed there were No towels to shower with. Only 2 small hand towels. Also the bed was very uncomfortable and had No blanket only a flat sheet to cover with. So we definitely didn’t have a good night sleep. When we dropped of the keys on Sunday September 11, there was no one there to complain to. And on Saturday after we checked in and tried to call the office there was no answer.

I was living here with my kids. this month would of been the third month living here. I had to switch rooms like 5 or more times 1 room didn’t have Wi-Fi the other didn’t have furniture one didn’t have AC one room pushed out cold ac until like it got down to like 64 degrees and then would push out heat for a while so I finally get to a room I liked Wi-Fi was still slow but it was ok and the a rat popped out on me. The hotel was so booked I couldn’t switch rooms so Rachel took care of my balance switched my room to a loft and gave me 3 free nights fast forward a month later another rat pops out I go to tell every at the office and she said she would send matinees to place traps or terminex would come out, THEY NEVER CAME!! so yes I started to pay them late In the day when I wanted too because it seemed like they didn’t believe me from jump. So now the rat came back out again I didn’t pay for day but they can send Denise down to bang on my door for payment but never took care of the situation so now they kicked me out because I got them in trouble for paying late.

They cancelled my reservation front desk rep states manager tried to charge my card at 10am wen I had signed up to pay when I got there which wasn't until 3pm they said they called but I had no voicemail or missed calls I ended up having to look for another hotel which was inconvenient .The surroundings of the hotel seemed ghetto and hood glad I didn't stay.

My stay was the worst I have ever experienced . I checked out a day earlier. The room was wore out. They only had 2 towels per room and would not bring any more . When you walk to the room the smell of dogs crap was all around as you walked . I counted 26 piles in the area around my room. I called front desk and was too they are not responsible. It is a health hazard

Only stay here if you have ABSOLUTELY no where else to go and you’re extremely desperate but be prepared for a terrible experience. First off we were supposed to stay in a non smoking room but the entire room smelled of smoke making all of our stuff stink to high heaven. There were holes in the walls, hanging smoke detectors, stains on the walls, sticky floors, a uncovered light fixture filled with dirt, bathtub spout was loose, floor tiles near the sink were also loose, there was only 1 singular towel and 1 bed pillow for a room that supposedly slept two, and half of the outlets didn’t work. The pool was also green, disgusting, and unusable in the middle of a southern summer where most pools are accessible. We made staff aware of some of the issues in our room but of course nothing was ever done. There were always people outside watching your every move and the staff spend most of their day sitting around smoking and talking than actually doing anything productive. Please save yourself the headache and spend the extra money to stay practical anywhere else. The staff here really don’t care what this place looks like and that’s sad considering half of them appear to live there full time. I’d rather sleep in my car than stay here ever again even if it were free.

I've never been to a hotel where there was no, house keeping the entire week of my stay. We had to take the towels to the front desk and exchange them for clean ones daily, along with bedding. We asked about trash pick-up and they told us we had to take our trash to the dumpster ourselves. I will never stay at another hotel like this, only reason we didn't leave is because everything near the event we were there for was full. In the middle of the summer the pool and hot tub was green with trash bags floating in them. You throw trash in the dumpster and rats the size of cats jump out. This was by far my worst hotel experience ever!

My son and I were very unhappy and disappointed with the condition of this property. The photos that were shown on ******* of this property are very nice and inviting, But the actual property was disappointing, and true to the photos. The room rate that was given on ******* doubled when we arrived at the actual property. The pool was closed and full of dirty murky water, the sofa in our room had dirty water damage spots all over it, and were no smoke detectors in our room. The set towels were dirty. Rachel (property owner ), Told me that whatever issue I had regarding her property, should be taken up with ******* not her!
