Initially upon arriving the first impressions were lobby good. I requested a mobility room. It was ok. Clean. But for the money spent disappointed. The heater didn't work so i complained. The next time i asked had it been serviced, was told we have been having problems with several rooms. Eventually i requested to move. I chose to clean my own room only asking for fresh towels and sheets the 1st few day. Because we were tired. The 1st couple of days. I always bring my own cleaning supplies. Having traveled from LA. The problem was probably mine from trying to help and not be demanding. I paid for 9 days. Used 8 days. But left the cleaning sign on my door this particular day. Wow, No service rendered. Was told it was put in system no room service needed for entire stay! Really... Then was told I left a sign that said do not disturb. Not true, When I told them I took a picture before going out. They did Apologize. But room was still dirty. I requested towels. Then we showered and left.
