Room service was listed as an option on the in room TV guide, however, when we called for room service we were told they did not offer it. The pool temp was cold. The pool deck and steps were VERY slippery. The room was clean. The check in staff and evening reception staff were very nice. However, lines were very long due to there only being one of them.

Excellent customer service, nice pool, good workout area and the room and breakfast were outstanding.

This hotel could likened to an aging film star. Once upon a time I am sure it was splendid and swanky, but alas it is tired, showing its age, and past its prime. Every faucet was loose, the fridge leaked and the carpet was stained. Paint was chipped, bedding was slightly gray. The outside signage had half of the lights out. We just had a one-night stay for a family trip, so not really time to complain. Just to vow never to return. Not your finest hour here ES

The service here is A1 the best. They were super friendly, well versed, and got me started on earning rewards! The rooms style is a bit dated but fits the aesthetic I guess. There was a plate left in the refrigerator and a sock under the chair other than that it was super clean. Definitely in my top 10 to stay.

Two night stay was great, very quiet overall I guess because of the holiday. Staff was efficient & courteous. The only issue was the tub in the room backed up after first shower and water did not drain, probably could use a good snaking other than that the room was fine. Yes its an older hotel but that didn’t bother me it provided what I needed.

As always, our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast from the omelet bar was yummy! The accessible shower was convenient for my amputee husband.

Thin door and walls you could easily hear through. The rickety pull-out couch bed was very old and the springs made it very uncomfortable. There were many visible stains and crumbs on the pull out couch. Also had a moldy bathroom and unclean drinking glasses. The floors were grimy and gross and the entire room was extremely dated. Had a sheer curtain covering the window into the hallway which did not block light.

Was unable to check in due hotel system being down. Waited 30 minutes and system still down. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Staaf canceled reservation and we had to find other accommodations.

Everything was really good from check in to check out; the only bad thing was the bathroom towels were so hard and rough. It was unfortunate for me bc I usually travel with my own towels. Otherwise, an awesome place to stay.
