河濱公園旅館(River Park Inn)

Our recent 7-night, first-time visit to River Park Inn was an incredibly unique experience. And it's located in ready access to St. Augustine and miles and miles of ocean beaches and other attractions. RPI is a wonderfully-maintained, historic 1887 home. Each warm and comfortable room is furnished with classic period pieces. The view of the park and Saint John River across the street is picturesque and serene. "Leyda" is a truly gracious, five-star host with great recommendations for local restaurants and other amenities. River Park Inn is at the top of our list of truly unforgettable BnB experiences, EVER!

We felt at home the moment we arrived. The room was beautiful and you could really feel the history. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a nice touch and very delicious. We highly recommend this amazing place and would come back!

Cozy, comfortable, folksy and so relaxing. The owner had dotted all the I’s and crossed all the T’s. The Inn is lovely, quiet with an upper floor screened porch to read, relax and sip on a beverage. The full breakfasts were delicious as well as nutritious. The owner takes pride in having her guests feel welcome and at home. She is very knowledgeable about Green Cove’s shopping,restaurants and historic landmarks.

I will tell you, if you are in Green Cove Springs, FL and u need to stay somewhere. I recommend that you go to River Park Inn. This AIR B&B Breakfast was wonderful. Layda and Robert were so caring and treated me like family. I was staying at a not a good place and wanted to be close to my mom, as I was visiting. I did feel safe and they had no vacancy and they made room for me to stay. When ever I go back to visit my mom, I will be making reservations and stay with them. Your walking distance to to pier and some place to eat and walk around the park and it’s very nice. I give this AIR B&B 10 stars Angela

The River Park House is a fabulous place to stay. Leyda, The owner, is a fabulous hostess and friend to all that visit. The place is very clean, beds are great, breakfast is wonderful. I can't say enough great things about our stay. We have stayed here 3 times and it gets better every time. My nephew loved the robes and comfy bed. He felt like a king. Thank you Leyda for everything. You are wonderful!

River Park House is simply wonderful! From the the actual structure, to the total decor, to the owner and operator, to the location, all of which leads to a most memorable and relaxing stay. Thank you River Park House!

This 140 year old house is all the charm of old Florida. He sits directly across from the park with views of the river. We stayed in the green room for four nights. Pat, the owner and hostess was very gracious and accommodating. Breakfast every morning was tasty and filling. Being a fairly large guy I did not spend much time in the common areas because the furniture look to be antiques and I wouldn’t wanna break anything. It’s within walking distance of two very fine restaurants and there is a swimming pool in the park it’s open to the public. The pool is springfed with no chemicals and the water runs out the other side and into the river. Great place to just sit and relax.v We had left a telephone charger in the room and Pat sent it to us within two days. That is it going the extra mile.
