I reserved a non-smoking room. The room smelled so bad that I had to request a different room. The second room smelled better but had human hairs on different places of the bed sheet. I told the front desk that the bed sheet was not changed and requested clean sheets. For a double queen bedroom, only one set of sheet was delivered. I won’t stay at this hotel again.

I like the size of the pool, along with the sauna. I called just before 1pm to see if we can get into our room early. I was told "nope" they were still cleaning the rooms. The worker didn't ask my name to see if our room was even cleaned. When we did arrive I informed the worker that we couldn't come in early (never had such an issue) she said she knows because she was the one on the phone. Then she states we can get the rooms starting at 1:30pm or later if the room is clean. Nothing like this was stated when I called. She was rude and unprofessional. Other than that all other staff were great!

There was no whirlpool in the suite, staff unfriendly, plugged bathtub.

One of the cleanest hotels and pools around the Green Bay Area. We’ve stayed at multiple hotels. This is by far the best! Pet and family friendly!

The other guests were also very nice. Med to Lg crowd in pool for 1 hour but everyone was very respectful of each other. Breakfast was very good

I had surgey couple days ago.. Staff went above and beyond to make i was compatible

Handicap accessible room was the furthest away from elevator causing my wife who walks with a cane to have to walk very far. Fan in heater was banging so we hat to shut the heat off. Person who checked us in was unfriendly. But bed, pillows, and sheets were very nice.

The desk staff were always so friendly and greeted us. Every time we came in or went out, the breakfast was awesome staff that worked in the kitchen breakfast area we’re always friendly. The pool area was well-maintained, as well as the Jacuzzi in the pool were very clean. Our room was wonderful. We had an issue where the light went out over the sink and the maintenance man. Was there the next morning to replace the lightbulb. The fireplace was a great touch. We definitely will be coming back again soon.

Very clean and attractive place to stay, price quite reasonable for non-packer game weekend. Breakfast was wonderful
