The hotel needs renovations and cleaning. Walls and corners in hallways need paint touch ups. Rooms while spacious has beat up looking furniture. AC barely worked, bathroom has mold on the walls and the ice container had mold all over (actually brought down to front desk, they didnt care). Floors of rooms were dirty and needed to wear socks that turned black. Breakfast was typical Holiday Inn food, with a broken waffle maker and juice machine. We stayed 2 nights, all that was cleaned/made up was the bathroom. Bed wasn't at least made up and garbage in room was not emptied (it was full). Check in staff was nice and friendly, check out person didn’t care.

Treated like a second class citizen when receptionist learned we were checking in with a ********** reservation. Very concerning was that our first floor windows were both unlocked. The desk chair and TV looked very dated & most of the furniture had peeling paint. Was this older room assigned to us on purpose because of us being a ********** customer?!? It made us wonder. Fortunately, the breakfast area and hostess maintaining the food items was very friendly & dedicated to her responsibilities. The additional notes I made regarding this location including the poor channel selection on the TV. It was hard to have a pleasent nights stay with the rude treatment at check in & the security scare while completing my normal room check, working toilet, unlocked windows/doors, tv remote works etc.

We purchased a suite. The living room had food and a candy wrapper on the floor. The couch and floor had crumbs. The front desk was kind enough to clean. Then we listened to a domestic violence situation next door into the morning. Got in the shower - soap container was empty. Worst night ever at a hotel.

Terrible service! Got a room on first floor that smelled humidity and something else I cannot describe! Went to get a room change got a very harsh response. Booked somewhere else and went away!

La experiencia no fue muy agradable debido al estado de las camas, son muy viejas y nada confortables, en el desayuno sirven exactamente lo mismo todos los días, y las máquinas de pancakes y wafles están descompuestas. Solo nos dijeron tres toallas para los cuatro días que permanecimos en el hotel. En fin que no fue del todo mala la estancia pero no es un lugar que recomendaría.

Hotel needs a deep clean. Doors were all scuffed up, lamp shade in room cracked and broken. Chair was full of stains. You could see a layer of dust on everything including the walls. Won’t be staying here again.

Staff was very unhelpful. The lady was playing video games while I was trying to find accommodations that would work for our group. The room we were given did not match the pictures on the site we booked through.

I didn’t like the extremely filthy pool area. The bathroom had feces all over toilet. Pool and hot tub had brown chunks floating in it, also very dirty, and black like mold spots on pool steps and hot tub benches, and other areas. Pool and hot tub looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. They also had so much chlorine that our skin burnt after entering, I have pictures to prove it. This was suppose to be a fun getaway for my daughters birthday. We did let a worker that entered the pool area about everything. He cleaned the toilet and said he would see what all the debris was floating, but never did. Room was okay but had dirty mirrors and bathroom toilet paper and tissues were not filled.

Very nice staff the service was fantastic and the rooms are spotless,We enjoyed our stay we would definitely stay again.
