The room was clean and good , but location is a little bit far in the Majid . No hot water 💦

À notre arrivée, nous avons eu des frais supplémentaires de 70$. Beaucoup de bruits venant du restaurant, plusieurs sans abri autour de l’hôtel qui rodent. Je n’étais pas à l’aise de circuler avec mes filles le soir lorsque nous arrivions. Manque d’espace de stationnement.

Le déjeuner est extra. Le personnel très gentil et attentionné. Je ne parle pas vraiment l'anglais. Toutefois, le personnel a pris le temps de m'expliquer pour que je comprenne. L'hôtel est bien situé tout près du centre-ville. Mais, c'est un peu difficile à comprendre comment y accéder par la route.

The area is very sketchy and the parking lot had a lot of wandering people in it with minimal lighting and security. Felt very unsafe. Our room was very dirty. We found mouse droppings on the floor so we looked around and discovered a BUNCH of mouse droppings in the bed. When this was mentioned to staff, they apologized but would not offer us a refund or discount.

The property is located close to the street people hangout. It's dirty, smelly and feels unsafe to drive through. The parking lot is full of potholes and bumps. The property looks and smell rundown from the outside. The hallway on the 3rd floor where we stayed smell with big blotches of stains along the carpet everywhere. The room smells but the washroom was clean. Lot's of teenagers stayed on our floor, making drunken noises all night, ripping out wires from the ceiling just outside our room 316. Some one broke the drop ceiling in the elevator, the cross bar fell when the elevator moved up and cut my head and bounced off my friends head. I took pics and reported it to front desk right away around 12:20am 30/07/23 and again around 10am. They fixed the elevator right away. No mention of compensation or concern of my injury. I had to ask for a band aid. The bar in the basement noise carry up the stairway until after 2am. One of my worse experience at a hotel.

For future it would be great if they called if you are a no show at a hotel. I accidentally booked the wrong dates online and didnt show up to the right day. Called and cant get a refund or change the booking. Can someone please please help me figure this out this is ridiculous. I dont want to ever book here again if there is a no refund policy or change the booking

C’est bien sauf peut-être la propreté des lieux. Mais dans l’ensemble c’était correct. Le coût aussi que j’ai trouvé raisonnable. J’y retournerais.

not happy could not stay there cause we were not going to pay a damage deposit that was more then the price of the room and could not even rent the room without paying it but still were charged for the room that we never stayed in not cool or right at all
