最佳西方格雷森旅館(SureStay Hotel by Best Western Grayson)

It’s your typical hotel room, but it was clean, although the couch bed was missing linens and pillows it was still a comfortable stay. The rooms are very large, which added to the comfort. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly. Over all nice place would stay again.

Everything was out of order! The pool was broken the ice machine was not working. The juice dispenser was out of order & no working fireplace & it was snowing out. I would never go back. Angie at the front desk was the only good thing about this place.

The hotel was decent. The pool was closed which the website didn’t say and it has been closed for quit some time, and my kids were upset! We stopped early for them to swim and didn’t! The bathroom door was broke and didn’t shut. The breakfast was a grab and go and cold stuff, which it said full breakfast. They had all the hot trays plus waffle stuff to have a hot breakfast, but none were available. The pictures aren’t what the room looks like exactly, and no elevator to 2nd floor!

Great location, the front desk person, Angie was great. Made us feel at home.

Not as advertised, smelled and when i arrived a group of people, i think employees were just hanging around. I had booked 2 nights but it was so bad I booked another hotel and lost a nights costs.

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very kind and friendly. I didn't like that the exterior door (not the one by the front desk) was left unlocked. Anyone could enter without a key card.

This place was clean and the staff was great. I would have liked to have known there is no elevator. We had to haul very heavy luggage up the stairs because we are on a long trip. All in all, though, good enough for a one-night stay.

Check in was easy , everything we needed was provided in our room . Complimentary breakfast had plenty of options . Staff was very friendly.
