赫拉斯科普頂峰旅館(Summit Lodge Graskop)

Je ne saurai par où commencer tant la déception a été grande pour les 3 chambres réservées… Le wifi était absent, une odeur de wc publique prédominait les chambres, 0 lumière dans la salle de bain, taie d’oreiller jaunies et douche digne d’une cage en tôle de prison… les photos parlent d’elles-mêmes dirons-nous

I will het straight to the point. The rooms need more cleaning. After my long trip i came in the room and took of my shoes and it felt like i was stepping in sand the whole time. I also had to clean the bathtub myself. Someone needs to inspect the rooms after the cleaner was in them. Not just for clean floors but for everything in the room. I got to choose my own room but i was not warned that the room might not have been cleaned or there was no effort made to ask the cleaners if they cleaned the room. I will also suggest upgarding to a more moddern time maybe. The TV comes out of the stone ages. Maybe also installing wall mounthed fans. We live in South Africa that is warm and the a fan will help keep mosquitos away. I will also suggest getting a handyman the inspect every room maybe once a week.

The room is not that clean and not attractive inside. Booking method is very poor. The Manager doesn’t have good redress. I made my booking in time nd payment but when I got there. the staff was aware that my booking still on.
