Over priced for a tired room with no tea or coffee making facilities. Unimpressed all round.

Shower drain was clogged. Unfortunately you don’t know that until you’re using it. That’s one of the things you really want in a room…..a good shower!

what I did not like was that i was given a room right next to a motorway when i specifically asked for a `quiet location`. there were rooms across the other side which were not on the side of the busy motorway. I was promised they would change me to another room on the second night, but they `forgot`. its not even a cheap hotel so i was very disappointed, tired and miles away from home.

There is not a lot nice I can say about this property mold on walks extra charges and in need of a good clean

First of all the rooms are in a separate building. Clerk did not ask if I need help with the luggage although she saw another customer help me with my luggage just to get into the lobby. My room smelt of mildew. The bathroom was awful. Did not look clean at all. I didn’t even take a shower, that’s how bad it was. The phone did not work so I had to walk to the front desk to order room service. The clearly had no idea the phone was out of order and what seemed to have been the general manager just said, yes it was reported last week, and told me I could just use my phone to call the hotel. Not an “I’m sorry, would you like another room? No customer service at all. This was the worst hotel I had stayed at during my 2 week stay in Ireland and Scotland. Would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE

AVOID!!! I work all I’ve the uk & this is easily the worst hotel experience I have had. Staff was rude on arrival I had to ask him if was any tables available which he replied with ‘fully booked”. Toilet in bedroom soon as you flushed a loud grinding noise which lasted for 10-15 per time. Sockets on wall was loose which i had a electric shock, Fire alarm went of 6.30 am. With our any sleep at all I let my feelings know & the manager called me. He was just as rude & seemed like he couldn’t take any criticism of the hotel & replied “It’s only cost £68 per night” which I was appalled at. The customer service was shocking!! Avoid

Our room was in the Garden Wing and fell far short of 4* as there was a horrible smell of damp rising from the carpet, the bathroom grout and fittings were mouldy, and the window had mould and condensation. Wifi was very poor. The breakfast was good and the staff pleasant.

Front desk staff was super helpful and most appreciated! Breakfast area was lovely and food was delicious. Room was good.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We would stay with Grange Manor again.
