The room smelled really bad like mold or mildew. And I was really disappointed the hottub wasnt working. Thats one of the reasons I booked it.

Booked this room for a concert and Van Andel. When we got there, we found out there was a skywalk from the hotel directly to the arena. Made it really easy to get in and out for our event.

I came to buy a car and the guy i had lined it up with sold it out from under me after i had already made the 7 hour drive but the bartender was a great source of light at a dark moment so thank you bartender

We were never notified that hot tub was out of order, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.
Other then that, room was clean. Lots of dining and entertainment within walking distance

Very nice with good location. Walkways make the area safer and helps in inclement weather. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

I have stayed here previously and it was great. Well this time it was just okay. Not terrible but I definitely wouldn’t stay again. The rooms need some updating. The shower had terrible water pressure. Definitely time to update.
