The dining room attendant is so nice and accommodating! Lobby staff were friendly and helpful and cleaners kept things cleaned and stocked. We were very pleased with our stay!

Service was amazing. Always greeted with a smile and worked smoothly through our schedule changes.

My brother and I stayed the night here before visiting our mom and we had a really nice stay. The front desk was really nice and friendly and our room was much more spacious than we thought it would be. My brother hasn't been to many hotels but he said it was the fanciest hotel he's been to. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Employees real friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice place to stay but we were freezing the whole time we were there. Our heater/ac unit kept blowing cold air. We arrived late Friday went straight to bed, woke up freezing, cranked the heat up (it said it was 70 but it was blowing cold air) and it never got warmer, we had to leave early in the morning to go to my daughters softball tournament which was the reason for our stay, when we returned still cold, ran out for dinner got back and told the front desk. the only fix to not keep cold air blowing was to manually kill power to the unit which they did. We woke up even colder... not very enjoyable for a nicer hotel.

Too much construction. I was offered a room directly in front of scaffolding which had workers right outside my window. The next morning at 7:30 carpet contractors were on site with large hoses running the length of hallway. I’ll be looking elsewhere next time

The room was spacious, very clean, nice furniture. The only problem I had was the lack of food options. Outside of their morning breakfast there were absolutely no option to even get a bottle of water. No vending machines, no lounge, no room service. So, outside the lack of amenities, it was very comfortable.

Nice, quiet, comfortable and very good friendly staff.

I finished up early arrived at 3 pm on the 2nd day of my stay saw that house keeping had not cleaned my room took my things left a tip for the housekeeper and went to the main desk to check out and was told I could not cancel my 2nd night because it was after the check out time. I was unhappy with this answer since I new house keeping hadn’t even been in my room so it wasn’t a matter of the room not being ready to be used by another guest. I would have understood if my room had already been cleaned . I wasn’t even offered to be credited for another stay.
