The hotel was a good, basic property. It was conveniently located close to the highway. There are a couple of fast-food places very close by and other options for dining/entertainment reasonably close. The room was clean. The heating and cooling worked appropriately. The breakfast was solid (although I would not recommend using the pancake machine. I much prefer the waffle-making option if available.) Staff were friendly and courteous.

This place is clean, quiet and staff members are very kind but nothing around within walking distance other than Arby’s and Wendy’s. However, free breakfast was ok and my family had good sleep.

Overall it wasnt a bad place. Check in wasnt great. There seemed to be a computer issue coupled with an issue in the ********** conversion to their system. They needed to make a copy of my credit card to put on file. Seems like there would be a better way than that. I was told they would shed my card info right away and i trust that they did. But thats still offputting. Price was good in comparison to similar rooms at other hotels in the area. We got a room with a jetted tub and that was really nice. The bed was average. Overall comfort was average. Cleanliness seemed fine until the morning of our checkout. They slipped our final bill under the door and on the paper were a couple bugs. I hope they were just ants but i didnt look long enough to find out if it were something worse. In their defense, i didnt notice anything like that in the room itself and had they not been on a white piece of paper, i may not have seen them at all. But that does cause concern for the cleanliness of the rest of the room/hotel if there were a couple by the door.

I got the room for a customer and when he arrived to check in the staff was very rude to him and told him they' "They don't hold cheap Orbitz reservations and that they sell rooms to highest bidder on a Friday night!"

The room and service was good but the carpet thru out the halls and the floor of the elevator were filthy. Breakfast food didn’t seem appealing because I wondered what else was dirty that I could not see. Ice machine not working so one had to go from the third floor back down to the 1st floor for ice.

The stay was good but they said online they except cash and they dont. I had to find a bank deposit money then go back to checking in after driving 3 hours. This is not something people want to do after being in a car. Other then that i would say it was a nice overnight stay.

No one was there to check me in when I arrived. I rang the bell and waited for around ten minutes till a maintanance man said he would find someon. The girl did not apologize, just welcomed me and checked me in. There had been a storm and power outage the night before, and the televisions were out all weekend. The plug in our bathtub did not work and they were unable to fix it. This is when the evening manager really stepped up....she upgraded us to another room with a jacuzzi tub! Because of her, I am giving the hotel 4 stars.

Property has everything I needed for a short-term stay in the area. I wasn't happy with being charged for an overnight stay at check-in when I already pre-paid in advance with *******.

The hot tub was not clean and room was not properly cleaned. The hotel in general was clean just not my room.
