Excelent hotel

Melissa at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. We had a mix up with our older/teenage daughter’s room being on a different floor and she made sure to get us side by side rooms. We really appreciated the extra effort to make it happen. Rooms were both exceptionally clean as well

Checked in for a family funeral. Staff very helpful. Hotel rooms spacious, clean and new. Great stay

The property is very well maintained and clean. Staff are very friendly. The beds are not comfortable. Other than that, a good stay🙂

The smell in the main lobby was overwhelming and potent. The coffee machines in the rooms are terrible. It wouldn't hurt to have a couple real glasses or mugs, not just those tiny and cheap plastic ones

Vincent was on duty and was very friendly , explained all the amenities and explained breakfast and lounge options. Convenient location off the highway but still quiet.

Had a good stay and very convenient. Clean and well appointed room. Staff were very good. Only issue was that the bed was really soft.

AVOID THIS HOTEL!!! Please avoid this hotel at all costs. My family and I recently stayed there. I had a confirmed reservation with a price from *******, but the hotel overcharged my card by a significant amount. ******* contacted the hotel four times to get the hotel to refund the extra amount they overcharged but the hotel refused to cooperate with me or ******* and did not even make their manager available. I spent countless hours on the phone with the hotel and *******, and the hotel refused to return my money. SHAMEFUL!!!
