Knowingly booked us in a room and wing that was due to be remodeled, knew full well AC units in entire two-room suite did not work. made no accommodations to make right. just shrugged their shoulders. No screens on windows, so could not keep them open for extended time. Security device on door was completely free to fall off at a moments notice. TV and remote volume did not work, of course the volume was stuck loud. Rooms were in severe disrepair, from wall paper masks peeling off, cracks in wall and ceiling. grounds were in a level of disrepair, parking lot used as a speedway 24 hours, even with potholes the size of a small sedan. Entire facility had issue that guests needed to accommodate for rather than the management or company. Pool doors inoperable, hot tub inoperable, sauna inoperable.

The hotel was not on a direct street, so had to go through a parking lot for other businesses to get to it. Parking lot was full of large potholes and had limited parking. Breakfast options were limited. Room smelled musty/damp. There was mold in the bathroom. Pullout sofa bed was broken/sagging/lumpy/not comfortable Refrigerator in the room did not work

The place to eat breakfast was a literal block away from our room #108. It had multiple twists and turns to get there.Breakfast the first day, the ham was swimming in water and on the second day the sausage was deep in grease and we were the first people in after 6 am.

Cute room with a mini kitchen area w/ a food prep sink! Nice pool, great for families. Beds were more firm than I like, but it was great otherwise.

Stained bedsheets. No water pressure. Breakfast was an hour late. Damaged room door. The entire building smells.

Every thing was good except when I got to get ready for the airport my shower wouldn’t turn on they offered to move me but it was too late I already got dressed for the airport he didn’t offer to give me my money back

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were good overall. They do offer complimentary shuttle to the airport via cab or Lyft! Breakfast was simple but quick with hot and cold items! Highly recommend for a cheap stay!

Breakfast was great. Beds were old and sagging. Tub was VERY slippery. Carpet was EXTREMELY dirty.

The whole place when you walked in was under construction, everything was covered with plaster and dust awful hard to find the room could hardly find the elevator
