Wow - what an incredible hotel. We’ve had friends who have stayed here before us who gave glowing reviews, but experiencing it first hand is something else. The hotel grounds, the rooms, the beach and everything in between was pure perfection. The food deserves its own recognition, as almost everything on the menu was ‘the best I’ve ever had status’. The staff was incredibly eager to please, made every dining experience a special one. A special shout out to Mateo who always went above and beyond to make our vacation one to remember. He took his job so seriously, making sure he was offering the best service but also opened up and we became fast friends in a matter of minutes. We will be back, to share so many of our best memories at Palm Heights!!!!

I wish I could bottle the level of customer service provided by the staff at Palm Heights. The staff are very accommodating and pay attention to detail. They make sure you feel welcomed and taken care of. They even address you by name when you come down in the morning. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The property is nice and lush. Two swimming pools and a beautiful beach. It's a boutique property so there are not too many guests. I celebrated a birthday whilst there. They wished me happy birthday when I came down for breakfast and even sent a birthday cake up to my room. It was truly an awesome experience and I can't wait to go back.

Normally we stay at the ritz on grand cayman but they were full so we decided to try palm heights and we were pleasantly surprised. This is a small boutique hotel on seven mile island tucked away right off the main drag. The building is a little older but renovated nicely. All the rooms are suites and large. We were upgraded to ocean view and the room was very nice and spacious with great views. What makes this hotel special is the level of service they provide without asking. Asked about Cuban cigars and the concierge Ayana had them in my room the next night for free! Food was good and the sushi was better than the other places we have tried on the island. Beach and wait service was always on point. Had one of the best massages ever from Gulia. Happy hour every day had complementary drinks and appetizers. Gym and spa recently opened and are very nice. Fitness classes were plentiful and included (tried Pilates reformers). Would recommend this property without reservations. They even comped us a ride to the airport with cookies and water on the way home. Thanks!

This resort is special because the people that work here are so committed to insuring that you have the best time. Roughly 15 minutes from the airport it feels private and the beach is beautiful and easy to access. The service at the beach is outstanding. While the breakfast menu could have a bit more variety the quality is nearly perfect and they will make you almost anything you want. The two gyms are great and kudos to Bailey who really knows her stuff and is a great Pilates instructor and trainer. Bambi is also an individual whom works really hard to make all the guests feel special and it was much appreciated. The resort is kept very clean. While the rooms could use a little freshening up they are well appointed, television options plenty and housekeeping maintains them quite well. One person really stood out for us during our stay. Despite an initial issue, Karla Galan made sure each day we were enjoying our stay and went above and beyond. She is a great asset to the Palm Heights and beyond all the wonderful aspects of the resort she would be a reason we would come back. She treated us like family and it was not lost on us. Having been to another resort on the Island before there was no comparison. The Palm Heights is the best resort at Grand Cayman and we will certainly be back. A very special place with exceptional people.

We just got back from the most amazing vacation to Palm Heights. This was our second time there and we can’t wait to be back again next year. Everything about the hotel is perfection. The staff is amazing and they made us feel special. All the details are perfect. We looked forward to the treats every night in our room. The food and the cocktails were amazing. We can’t wait to come back to greatest resort!

We have been a frequent visitor to Grand Cayman. We have stayed at the Kipton Seafire but decided to give The Palm Heights a try, OMG so glad we did! What makes this place so
Incredible? Upon our arrival we are escorted to a beautiful room to check in where they offer you a cold towel and a hand massage! Rooms are not available until 4pm but no worries they provided us with a place to change, and off we were to the beach and they called us when our room was ready. Took a quick getaway with my wife, and Palm Heights was the highlight of the trip. The staff was fun, friendly, and very attentive. The suites, pools, and lounges had amazing aesthetics and everything we needed. Even the Palm Heights premade drinks in the minibar were really good. The beach was clean, not crowded, and offered plenty of activities whenever we wanted it. The restaurants were fantastic and always available when we wanted a snack. Overall, the hotel had the perfect vibe for the getaway we had hoped for.

This is one of the best hotels and vacations we have ever had. The staff at Palm Heights are so warm and welcoming, the service is top notch. Wonderful food, charming and thoughtful design. Soo romantic, and just a gorgeous beach. So many special corners and details. Different events and amazing food. Just a perfect trip.

Mi experiencia fue muy buena, muy buena comida y el mejor servicio, nuestro servidor Matteo nos brindó un servicio cinco estrellas, una de las mejores atenciones que hemos tenido hasta la fecha, lastima que la gerencia del hotel trate tan mal a sus empleados y haga ellos trabajando bajo un clima tan caluroso con un uniforme tan estúpido y pido disculpas por mis palabras, pero es injusto y muy cruel hacer que algo tan maravilloso funcione con chaquetas bajo el sol es inhumano y muestra la poca consideración y respeto que tienes por sus trabajadores Y lo que les queda por decir es que no volveremos a Tillies hasta que resuelvan la situación con los uniformes de los trabajadores porque el paracetamol demuestra una falta de respeto y consideración hacia las personas que mantienen el negocio a flote, y si la Dirección no analiza la situación seguro que van a perder muchos clientes.
